When the recipient received the package, he [rightfully] complained about the damage to the expensive device which was clearly the result of very poor packaging. We ended up providing our purchaser with a $125 credit for the damage that occurred to the device we shipped. Manager (and subsequently owner) of the shop took absolutely zero responsibility, refusing the provide a credit for the packaging cost or credit to the purchaser. They insisted that we file a claim with the shipper, which we will not do, because it was clearly horribly packaged and is not related to the shipping of the item. Pakmail can't properly package items. Much worse, though, they can't recognize when they've messed up and make it right. Not worth working with.

And again, "quack?" Yes, I also like spouting insults that no one has said since the 70s. I also find it quite funny that this location had no reviews, but then a negative one gets posted and less than a month later a glowing one comes out of nowhere and bashes me. Seems like quite a strange coincidence. GET HELP. This place is right down the road from my house, it takes maybe 3 minutes to get there if even. And it's within walking distance from my job, so if i wanted to mail something during my break I could. But I would still rather take the trip to Moriches. No, it's not an everyday task going to the post office, but much like Greek Bites, the treatment I've received makes me want to avoid giving these people money as much as possible. The elderly customers like to strike up conversations with the two WOMEN, NOT girls, there, who make no effort to stop it. Maybe if the place were empty, but when it's a late Friday afternoon and there are three or more agrivated looking people who just got off work waiting to be helped, that's really unprofessional and rude. And when I'm trying to very quickly mail off a package to my grandmother in Florida, being mindful to the group behind me, I don't need to be schooled in front of a crowd about why they think saying "happy holidays" is dumb to them. Stop the hissy fit, get over yourself and come to peace with the fact that you can't get let it ruin your day that people celebrate different holidays. We can't all be the same, Susan. Calm down. You're in customer service and are embarrassing yourself. And besides the customer "service," my family has had several experiences of packages getting lost, each time when mailed from here. HMMM. The staff is always ready to treat everyone individually and personally showing that they matter as person and not just box or letter to be taken care of.
