I have been a customer of Mundo Tech's for years, getting my phone ports cleaned, buying other…read moreitems or services, etc. I bought a Verizon LG V20 phone there since they said it would be able to work with my AT&T service, no problem. There were issues immediately, no 4G, no visual voicemail, no data messages including pictures and group chats, etc. so I called them about it and they said to call up Verizon and AT&T for instructions to do it, I followed their instructions, nothing worked. I called back Mundo Tech about it, they said they would call me back in 2 weeks, they didn't so I called back, they said to wait a little longer and they will call back, I waited and they didn't call, I called them, they told me to wait again, eventually I called and a different employee answered and after I told them who I was, the call ended and no one answered the phone after that. In the time I was stuck with the phone, multiple people close to me, including my grandfather died and it was tough to communicate with everyone since I was unable to get pictures or group chat messages. They had a 30 day credit return policy and I followed their directions, they never helped me or gave me an exchange or refund. I attached my receipt and at this point, if they do not refund me in the next month, I am considering filing a small claim against them.
