Jesse, the mail carrier for our neighborhood ,is remarkable . He also is extremely professional and courteous. Jesse consistently goes above and beyond to take care of the people on his route . Today I found mail in my box and a package thrown into the woods by the side of the road when my driveway was plowed and she could have left it there. Further, before we had snow, this fall I found two packages jammed inside my mailbox and because the package was too large for the mailbox, the envelope was ripped and the contents damaged. Went in the next day, well, they couldn't give me a cash refund, I had to take a "money order." Okay, another trip to the bank because post office employees are incompetent. Seems like they have let go of the only friendly employee that they had, and have hired another rude employee. Looks like this post office location is intent on letting you know that they really, really don't care about their customers. The entire staff is either corrupt or grossly negligent. im sure if you only stop here once to drop off something youre gonna be fine, but if they decide to target you, there is not much one can do. i call i record i show the treatment i get, and nothing is done. pure garbage.
