You are losers!!! Not to mention THIEVES!!! I mailed a birthday card to my cousin on Walbrook Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio on April 24, 2026 from Henderson, Nevada. I "camouflaged" it due to previous thefts by postal employees! I put it in a 6 x 9 envelope, along with a piece of a file folder with a note explaining the "camouflage".......and wrote on the outside of the envelope "photo, do not bend"! "Somebody" opened the envelope, then the birthday card and STOLE the $20.00 gift I sent her. You were thoughtful enough to still deliver the empty card! I hope you enjoy the $20 and put it to good use like crack, fentanyl or alcohol! Clearly, you must need to supplement your Federal paycheck to afford such habits! Hope you get caught! After prosecution and jail time, I hope you enjoy the Welfare Life of Section 8 Housing, Food Stamps and Medicaid! Even Walmart won't hire a felon! Three things that have happened to my family all having Briggs Post Office to blame. 1. Received a confirmation that a package was delivered with tracking from eBay, however no package was found. Called the post office, spoke directly with the delivery postmaster who confirms that no package was ever delivered. Over a month, numerous phone calls repeating myself a hundred times finally got my money back. 2. Wife has Amazon Prime, ordered something that was guaranteed delivery in 2 days. Package never arrived despite tracking number confirming it was in route. Arrived a day late, called Amazon who reports that they have several complaints regarding the delivery service of their packages in my area. Amazon refunded her money because the item in the package was time sensitive. Briggs does the delivery for Amazon in my area. 3. Received an amazon package at the front door, usually packages are delivered to the back door, raining with box soaked and soft. Took a look at the address, not my package. Called Amazon who reports again, they have problems with the delivery of packages in my area, and to keep or destroy the box. On behalf of the post office, Amazon apologize for any inconvenience. So I called Briggs, they answered the phone with "hello," told them about the mix up and that told me to leave the packages at the front door someone will be there to pick them up. No apology. Leave packages in the rain? I delivered the packages once the rain stopped. Let me also bring up the issues of them never opening up on time, 8:30 am is just when they might appear, 8:35 they open the main door, but someone isn't behind the desk until 8:40. Why is there always a line at the holidays? Other places hire extra staff, the post office just doesn't care. If you are still reading this, ask yourself two questions..."Have I ever had a problem with USPS? Do I know someone that has?" Answered yes twice?? If so give this post a thumbs up. Giving 2 stars because they do a good job bringing bills and junk mail. read more

Just like your average post office. It truly gets surprising how one minute there will be no line and then boom! There's a line out the door! This store usually has heir supplies well stocked for customers which is great! It is also clean as well which makes shipping your goods that much um.. "satisfying." The line moves fairly quicker here then the other post offices I've been to. The parking lot is super small so when there's a lot of people waiting in line to ship something, the parking lot gets packed quickly and you have to wait for an available spot. Other than that, this place is definitely my go to post office when I want to get supplies to ship. read more

I have to give a shout out to the Briggs branch manager Deborah. I had moved and failed to change my address on two of my delivery accounts. One of the packages, which was medication, got delivered to my old home and the second package she was able to intercept. Deborah went above and beyond even going to my old residence to retrieve my medication and have it forwarded to my new address. Thanks Deborah for caring about your job. My sister has lived at the same address for over 20 years. I just received a returned letter from her zip code because I had her house address one digit off---2289 versus 2287. I can't imagine the letter carrier wouldn't notice or know her name after all these years. I receive letters all the time in with incorrect information. I guess there are very different delivery standards in Akron at this post office. And, the other point, is that it took over two weeks to get the incorrect letter returned to me. No lobby package drop. I wish more locations offered this because if you print postage online you don't have to make it to the post office during business hours. At least this one is open till 1730 unlike the other next closest ones which close at 1700 on weekdays. If you do have pre-stamped packages just walk in and place them on the far left of the counter - no need to wait in line. Friendly and efficient post office workers which is always a nice surprise. Good traffic flow as well which separate the cars parking and the cars just driving through to drop letters off. read more

Okay so dumbass Paypal likes to auto populate and RE AUTO POPULATE shipping addresses from billions of years ago...Just great dumbasses.....I tried to input my current shipping address but it defaulted back to one that well...Doesn't exist anymore!!! That was the bad news, lucky for me I went over to where the business used to be around noonish and low and behold there was the mail mans truck! So I explained the situation and we formulated a plan for him to hold the package when it makes it to the Parma office...Get a call Saturday mid day saying Ivan has my package and I can pick it up at his station when convenient, well today at noon was convenient so I head there and the woman who assists me doesn't excactly know what is going on but keeps the flow of useless information minimal...2 minutes later pops back with my package and the clouds part and heavens open up with warm rays of sun and the choirs of angles in the sky alight with songs of hallelujah!!! And I got my Valentino Rossi sweatshirt without it having being sent back and resent from the shipper!!!!!!! Nice job Parma Post office on State rd!!!!!!!! read more

A really respectful friendly post office. I have nothing bad to say. I go here all the time. The line moves reasonably fast and workers seem to step up when things start getting backed up. The employees realize that I am not a professional shipper and generally have no clue what I'm doing and don't scoff at me for it (ahem Lakewood). I don't mind going here at all. This place is terrible. I just moved into a new apartment a week ago and had a package shipped there, this would be my third package shipped to the new address. I get a tracking update saying it was undeliverable. I call the USPS 1800 number and they inform me it will be held at this exact terrible post office. I go here after 4:30 to get my package. The desk clerk goes to the back to get it where I can hear the mailman complaining because he "doesn't think a male lives in that apartment so he didn't even try to deliver it. Why would I deliver a males package to a females apartment?" OK well guess what apartment owners change ALL THE TIME. I was then informed that my package was not held and was already sent back to sender. I asked why I didn't get a notice or anything and they said they do not have to do it, I asked why it wasn't held here and I was told they do not hold items if they are undeliverable they just ship them right back. I had medicine that I ordered that was needed and now thanks to the USPS I am now out of meds, and I had to pay for shipping again because they company has to wait until the package comes back before they can refund me and reship.
