Since only notified last minute, contacted UPS by phone and explained that I'd already had the bank appeal the charge on March 1st for an order that I'd been trying to cancel. The order was literally on the truck- gave UPS the the tracking number and within half an hour, signed into my UPS account to see it noted: "The sender requested a delivery change for this package/The package will be returned to the sender."
