Said…read moreI had to pay for a $48 shipping fee to mail one item back & $18 for the other; even though the item was new and in original box as per drop-off instructions. Gave me wrong information that I had to have the original box AND the Amazon box. She kept counting the time to get off work, ("we close in 7 minutes"). Amanda said she just wanted to go home & refused to help me further. Very nasty attitude, extremely rude, unmotivated and just plain lazy left a very bad impression. And to top it off, she was dishonest on what was required to do an amazon return & trying to upsell packaging. Took the same exact items to Sedona UPS, they scanned the label and accepted the return. The whole transaction took 2 minutes in Sedona and service with a smile. In UPS Cottonwood got nothing accomplished in the 15 minutes there and had to be dumped on by Amanda's misery and rush to be off shift. The smug young male colleague inserting himself didn't help the situation. The only person trying to assist was unable to because controlling Amanda was circling around us, hovering, and interrupting. Cherry on top for bad service, Amanda yelling profanities towards me when she locked up the store. She needs to GO! Will not be using this location for my mail services or business needs.

They can help you at the counter or you can use the self kiosk in the lobby, they only have one, but it's a small space. This store can get busy at times to form a line & also a line for the kiosk. Since my first visit I've been here several more times whenever I find myself in the area, and needing a UPS store.

Today, however, Rosemary took care of me, and most of the customers ... I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism while juggling many roles... I was pushed back, each time a customer with regular purchase, or return... or pick up, came to the counter... I got my 5 pages of labels little under an hour later... her colleague, who was busy doing "non-directly-customer-related things, asked how I was Doing ... as I was leaving, and I just laughed out of sarcasm... how would YOU or ANYONE feel, after getting pushed to the back of the line, many times???? ... and finally get out of there about 45minutes later... Is it possible that a colleague could assist in the process of getting customers out the door??? Is this too much to ask?!

Original Review: I've been living in Cottonwood for less than 2 months and have already had 3 of my packages delivered to the wrong address. Stop being lazy! The apartment complex numbers are VERY CLEARLY MARKED and there is no reason you are unable to deliver to the right address.

She wanted to not staple my picture to my passport application when I asked. She said she'd been doing that for over 20 years and never had a problem just putting the picture in with it ( and all I was asking for was a stapler and I really don't care how many years this has been going on and it didn't get sent back for other people. With my luck, it would) but the application said to staple the picture to it and I didn't want to take any chances on it getting sent back because it wasn't done right. She didn't need to spout off about it all the while shaking her head and rolling her eyes . I'm a pretty nice person and I'm easy to get along with and I know I didn't do anything to deserve her wrath. All I did was ask if I could use a stapler to put the picture on the Square that they wanted it on. I think I was also misinformed about applying for a passport because I had already done so and paid for it online but she said it was a scam probably and that you cannot apply for or pay for a passport online if you do that it's a scam. So I had to pay all over again with a money order and I'm still trying to get my money back from the online application. I may not have been misinformed but I know two other people that did it online and it worked for them. So she needs to be re-educated about that too if she was wrong. There is no need to treat anyone like they don't matter and they're an inconvenience when you wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for those people. I did contact the post office and complained and they sent back a very nice reply . I hope what I said was helpful and they'll get some extra help for her or send her on a vacation or send her packing so she can get a job where she doesn't have to work with people because she certainly doesn't seem to like people very much. The same thing happened a year ago when I went in to get a passport card. Not to the extreme that I just recently went through, but she wasn't very friendly or kind. I hope that changes. If I have to go again, I hope I will be able to leave five stars. Additionally, three other people came in and I let them go in front of me because it was taking a while to fill paperwork out. She wasn't nice to them either.
