Well Tabitha, since you don't want to know what it is that I want from your store to make this situation right, I am going to tell you anyway. I want this to be a memorable experience for you, your nasty, rude, and disrespectful employee and now the franchise owner of your four stores as well. The cover up is almost always worse than the original crime. And that is what you are doing. And to pursue that goal, I have been in contact with your corporate headquarters to find out what the protocols are for resolving disputes between individual stores and unhappy customers. And so, in addition to my social media campaign, I am now going to take this up with the UPS store HQ to find out if they care more than you do. And just FYI, this is not a "he said", "she said" because there are as many cameras in your store as a bank and so everything was recorded and you have that video. If you really cared, you would review that recording and see that this is not a "he said" versus "she said", this is about you lying and covering up for your terrible employee. You also wrote one thing about your response to my reviews on media sites, and you gave me quite different responses in your emails. You are a liar, and I am going to expose your lies to not only your corporate office, but to the public as well. And I have already won because this is now a memorable experience for you, isn't it? But even so, this is far from over because you are still in possession of my mail. And it wasn't that your store policy for key refunds wasn't explained better to me, it was that it wasn't explained to me at all and I was told another lie and that my key deposit was being retained because my box had expired the previous day at midnight and that is how this whole ordeal began. It is your responsibility to take care of my mail and give it to me whereas I am under no obligation to stand there and take abuse from your nasty, rude, and disrespectful employee while she leisurely sorts through my mail with it in her hands. And this entire nasty exchange happened in front of several other customers who were waiting in line behind me which made it quite embarrassing for me. I walked out instead, but that does not absolve you of your duty to take care of my mail. Your employee thought she had power over me because she was holding my mail and now you think the same thing because you have not only my mail, but my driver's license that you failed to tell me about as well. What were you planning on doing with it? And I now want to be compensated for the emotional and physical distress this entire event has caused me. Tell your UPS Store franchisee to get out his checkbook because that is the only way this is going to end.

I had to ship an oddly sized laptop to a friend and had no box. The UPS store was my best option…read moreand I was blessed to have had Errol at the store help me find the right box, resize it to fit best and secure the laptop inside and then clarify my best options for delivery time. Errol couldnt be more patient and helpful as he got it all packed up and ready to go. What I had not noticed was that because of the time and effort involved in getting my package mailed, there was a line of 5-6 people who ended up waiting in line behind me. So because of how cool and collected Errol had remained through the process, he never let on that people were waiting in line but handled all my needs in a swift and timely manner. Anything to do with mail is an annoyance for me, not my thing and I was doing a favor for a friend in mailing the laptop. Frankly I wasnt thrilled but Errol made what a typically painful experience for me to be handled friendly and efficiently. Hats off to Errol and the UPS Store for maintaining the dying experience of customer service. Its just reassuring to know there is still workers like Errol out there

Original Review: I've been living in Cottonwood for less than 2 months and have already had 3 of my packages delivered to the wrong address. Stop being lazy! The apartment complex numbers are VERY CLEARLY MARKED and there is no reason you are unable to deliver to the right address.

She said she just stopped by unfortunately there be no Pickup but she gave me the address of the FedEx about 15 minutes away. Since I was from the valley, I had no idea where to go and she gave me great directions the next day I went in to drop off another package since I was working up there she was very pleasant. This was a nice clean store. It had everything she did not have to help me at all. She could've just shut the door unlock it, but she chose to help me and for that I will take all my business there when I work up there this is a top-notch company.
