His customer service is non-existant. Honestly, this Postmaster must hate his life as he seems to be taking it out on every customer that he interacts with. I had simple questions that needed to be answered and I was met with a complete lack of respect and no help. A package I shipped has gone missing and he said he has no idea how to help me with this (seemingly frequent) problem. He then proceeded to tell me what a horrible day he is having and how he's about to get "ticked off". I won't be using USPS until I hear Sedona has hired a new Postmaster.

This post office has a rule where they have to hold it for 15 days. After two days of holding my package, they decided to return it. I went into the post office today to go get my package because it said it was still there.
