When I asked his name, he kept his tag covered over with clothing and his hand. He said rude things I won't repeat here when I asked for the manager. While we waited, he leaned over his counter and said, "wow, oh wow, and said many rude, insulting things to me and my family, staring like he was going to jump over the counter at us. And this is a federal employee?? Very unnerving. This employee was instantly a rude, unwell person in a near state of rage. There is no reason for this, no wonder good people don't wanna go out and have to deal with this caliber of employees for everyday things. Manager said they'd attend to him and will call the Post Master so we'll see how that goes. Be careful when dealing with this employee, folks.

They take no responsibility for charging enormous shipping charges for a 2 day delivery, and then not delivering it. They are charging for a service not provided. She wouldn't even bother to try to find out why it is still not to its destiniation 8 days later. I could understand a delivery issue of a day or two, but 8 days?? Really?? This wouldn't happen in the private sector. These people should not have jobs; especially government jobs.

In fact, I will go out of my way to avoid all other post offices even if they are closer just to come here. No standing in long lines, no dealing with contentious people, no aggravation. I know. Hard to believe. However, I think you readers should just keep going to your own post office and try to be patient and understanding. Perhaps you'll be there on that day that service improves. And well... that's all I needed. I always have my packages prelabeled to save money on shipping, so it is cool that this post office was setup to avoid the main counter with ease. You save nearly 70% on shipping costs if you are able to weigh and measure your package at home and print a label. I wish all post offices had the double package drop off chutes. Usually the one gets clogged up quickly, so two is a BIG deal.
