PROS: This is one of my favorite post offices. Kay, Dominique, and Gabby are always friendly and the service is fast. I am appalled by the workers at this post office. I've never in my life been treated with such disrespect. I put my items in a priority box as Poshmark wanted. He made me put it in a different priority box saying that was the wrong one, yet did not correct me as he watched me place my items in the box. Then because he didn't like the fact that I put it in a different priority box he called his superior to which I put the box In the area where you put the boxes to be shipped and the manager of the store said "we will not ship this for you. Will put it outside on the street and it will get stolen." which if I'm not mistaken is illegal. Just because an employee is upset does not give them any right to tell you that they're going to throw your package on the street. The post office has to ship packages not throw them on the street illegally. This post office and everyone in it should be fired. I'm so disgusted I wanted to call 911. This post office has a one star review from every single person that has posted. Clearly there's a reason someone needs to do something about it. The manager who I wish I tape recorded saying he was going to "throw my package on the street" should be fired immediately. I will do my best to make this happen read more

This is another post office whose worker that I dealt with that has zero courtesy, blameful in the way she speaks and tactlessly answers your questions. Zero kindness in her tone of voice and interaction. I have to walk out as the RUDENESS is severe. If UPS is struggling, it does not help to employ unhappy people like this. I went in to research the least expensive way to send a non-profit mailing in Cresskill NJ. Yunior could not have been more helpful!! He really took the time to explain all the nuisances. It took a while and he never rushed me. He took several customers in-between so they wouldn't have to wait. He was courteous and friendly to each of them. read more

The woman behind the counter was not just rude, she was outright hostile. The passive aggressive tactic of responding to simple questions by repeating unhelpful, curt answers would never fly in the private sector. I suspect this woman is angry, has preconceptions about the people of Cresskill and wants them to know she has contempt for them. read more

If I could give this review zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst PO ever! One particular woman there with a nasty attitude always. There is no customer service at all, I asked the woman to review the address which I had even printed and she refused , then she even sent the package to the wrong state! I will never go back there again and I am resident would rather take my business to Tenafly where they are a lot more professional. They should seriously close this PO down and save themselves the embarrassment! Just awful! read more

They replaced the incompetent and rude workers with just plain RUDE workers. So sorry that I don't know all of the important USPS shipping policies, but to be spoken to as if I were a 10 year old because of not using the proper label is just plain ignorant. I hate to give any stars! Dominique in the Cresskill, NJ post office is a poor excuse for "civil" and "service". Clearly in the wrong line of work. Extremely rude and nasty all because I asked her to weigh an envelope for postage. As furious as I am by her attitude it also makes me feel sorry for her because she must be a clearly unhappy person. Told me if I didn't like it I should go to another post office! I called the new Post Master, Nestor, when I got home to lodge a complaint and he clearly has his hands full. It's not easy to change a culture I believe was tolerated by the former Post Master but he is working on it. He was a very nice and apologetic man who I hope can retrain his employee. For now if you need postal services try Demarest or Closter, much more professional and nice staff. read more

I personally love this post office. Sometimes as customers we forget the people we see are WORKERS. They have to tell us the customers what they are taught. Years ago tape was free and now it's not. There's a virus going on so I understand there's no pens. Cresskill isn't the easiest town to work in. I've heard some of the nastiest things said to clerks over race and just following what they are told to do. Heard them explain things over and over and still won't receive respect simply because the customer didn't get their way. I love Danyell and Dominique I commend these two black woman for not responding to the negativity they face simply for following rules read more

Dominique is the nastiest woman I've dealt with at a post office in my life. I asked for a sliver of tape to attach my label and she gave me attitude on how I should be prepared to use my own supplies or buy a roll of tape for $3.79. When I politely asked again, she got sarcastic with me , told me I can't use any of her supplies and then went on to lecture me on how I am not above the rules and the rest of the world. Then, when I got back in line, Dominique informed me that I was too close to the counter and that I was making another customer very uncomfortable (apparently she could read the customers mind since the customer didn't say anything). Overall, horrible experience. Won't go back. It's a shame cresskill taxpayers have to pay the salaries of miserable people such as Dominique. I will be taking my business to Alpine where the employees are kind and happy to serve their customers. read more

Nasty nasty woman gave me nothing but attitude the second we walked in. She was condescending, rude, and unhelpful to say the least. We had a big shipment that she clearly just didn't want to deal with. Ultimately had to go to a different post office as her attitude only escalated. It's really a shame that she is paid with our tax dollars. read more
