I wouldn't typically take time out of my day to write a negative review but every time I come in the service team is incredibly rude, I almost feel like I and others have been bullied at times with negative comments from staff members, they remove the bells, and ignore customers for long periods of time and come out whenever they feel like it and by that time there is a long line built up. They also rate themselves on the kiosk before you have a chance to respond to the rating question.
