The most wonderful humans!!!! Let's be honest, the post office can be a stressful place at times-- we're all trying to get "in & out" as quick as possible. These workers are kind, helpful, patient, & do all that they can to be efficient while also taking time to ask about your day. Where's the love, people? I have no problem with this location of the US Postal Service. The self-serve area is well maintained. The drive through drop off mail boxes are clearly marked and easily accessible from 11th avenue. The Staff, while small, is mighty IMHO. I have never had a hard time with anyone working the counter here. If you want to send something for next to nothing in terms of cost, then expect to wait in a line a little bit. Geez. FedEx and UPS are available at higher price points in commercial locations nearby - Lowry Town Center and Stapleton spring right to mind. Hint, hint. read more

I have to go to the post office fairly often. It used to be something I hated. But not anymore. The crew that works the counter there are the best! Smiling, friendly, helpful, kind and FUNNY!!!! What a nice change from the usual experience at other post offices. read more

This is by far the best Post Office I have come across! So happy it is in my area. All the people working behind the counter have consistently been very friendly and helpful! Great customer service. Had one incredibly strange visit to the post office today. Simply asked the clerk for a smaller envelope to send something so it would be cheaper. He replied you do you dude you the same price it goes by weight then laughed. He handed me a box to send it in and claimed I jerked it out of his hand which without a doubt didn't happen then literally lost it on me threatening me and telling me to go somewhere else to send me stuff. He said get at the end of the line while you fill that box out so I did. He had to go get his supervisor for a question for someone else I luckily was next in line while she was there and luckily I got another teller not the insane one. I said to the other teller I'm sorry you have to work next to such a rude co worker he again lost it in front of his boss lady and I told her to please look at the camera to see how rude he was to me hopefully it has sound and she literally said nothing back as he continued to tell me to leave and full on threaten me she just stood back and said nothing it was the most unprofessional thing I ever thought to see! My mail is being delivered sporadically the past two weeks. I have received very little mail on the days I did get it. Interested in what is going on but I cant speak t anyone because no one answers the phone. I am happy to go and pick up my mail but they just need to tell me I need to do it. It's bad enough I usually get other people's mail because I live on a training route but to just not receive mail is ridiculous. read more

I don't know anybody who has had a pleasant experience here. I waited in line for 40 minutes then left because there were still 5 people in line in front of me. There were at least 15 people behind me and there was only one person working at a desk. Then to my surprise the lady just disappeared. There was no one at the desk and 20 people in line. This is despicable. I wouldn't go back if someone held a gun to my head. read more

They have been so nice and helpful, their customer service supersedes any other location. I have come here to ship many items and they have been nothing but informative and accommodating. I also like the self service kiosk and the privilege to come in and out 24 hours a day. It's usually really crowded in the evening, but I go at night if I need to use the kiosk. The employees are all great and helpful, more so than the other locations in the region. They defy the reputation for all the post office employees that people typically have! read more

Not impressed with the customer service.

When I moved to this area several years ago, the seller did not give me the right key to the mail box. The post office charged $41 to have a key made and it took over six weeks to get my mail. Now two out of three of us are moving away. We filed in a permanent change of address form online. Two days later there was a confirmation to HOLD MAIL in the mail box. Apparently the post office thought these people wanted to have their mail held instead of filing an address change. So I decided to go the low-tech route and went to the post office to get copies of the paper form for address change. You would think they are made of gold. Instead of placing them along with the other forms, I had to wait in line (as usual, one postal worker and over a dozen people) and ask for them. Even so, the postal worker would only give me one copy of the real form. When I asked for a second copy (since we have are doing it for two individuals), he would only give me a photocopy of the form, saying that it is the same thing. I ended up having to go to a different post office to get the second copy. Again, I had to wait in a long line just to get a copy of the address change form. Aside for the chronic long lines and inefficiency/doesn't give a hoot attitude I find in most post offices, but especially this particular one, why would the post office "hide" the change of address forms? Moving is stressful enough, I don't need the extra frustration of stupid post offices! read more

They always are really nice here and even have ideas for me to help make my packages smaller and easier to ship. The only thing that is an issue for me (and it is an issue for pretty much every USPS store I have gone to) is the wait time. They really need more staff, but when you DO finally get to the front of the line, customer service is tops. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have never had such terrible customer service. I went to pick up a package a couple days ago because the carrier/ worker never delivered it and my tracking said that he had checked it out of the post office for delivery over a week ago. They never told me they had a problem with the address so I had to contact the company of my order directly to find out that the post office couldn't figure it out the day before I went in. So when I went in they called me up and I was in a hurry so I gave them my tracking number to look for my package. They continuously helped 10 other customers while I stood there waiting for them to find my package for about 35 minutes and failed to mention that they couldn't find it so I waisted valuable time. They told me they would talk to the delivery man and if he didn't deliver it within two days that I could file a claim against him. It's been 3 days since then and I still haven't gotten my package. I called to ask for help on how to file a claim (which the number on the website is incorrect by the way and if you want it you have to ask for it personally from th) and the woman on the phone was so rude and disrespectful she got mad because I asked for help and she was too lazy to do her job. Her tone was unbelievable and this post office is very lucky that I haven't sued them. I recommend not trusting this post office with your valuables or your time. There are plenty of other ones who very much deserve your time. read more

I've repeatedly experienced abysmal service at this post office location. Long, slow lines. A collective culture of slowness and inefficiency. Several of the window clerks are sour, self-important individuals who do not begin to live up to my expectations of how "postal SERVICE" employees should behave. (Service? If I'm receiving service, it's painful service.) Some visits leave me dreaming of a house move just to have my personal mail processed by another facility. read more
