    Slow and long lines is what to expect at the Pagosa Springs usps. It's often your wait is 45 minutes.

    No one ever answers the phone, mail is constantly lost or rerouted incorrectly, and terrible long lines.

    They were friendly and I was in and out in a couple of minutes! I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I'd definitely come back.

    They need more workers. This post office is so incompetent. You will wait at least 45 minutes every visit

    Out of the last four packages, only one has been delivered. Note, this is a carrier issue, not a post office issue.

After 4 days I called again and was told that could not locate my package and were not sure where it was. I could have called Verizon and ordered another but I wanted to see how far this would go. Six days later I called again and spoke to a corporate official, I was told they were very sorry but they could not locate my item and it would be best to order another one from Verizon. That after noon i went to the hub to pick up another item I had ordered and got to talking to the lady at the counter I told her my story and she was not surprised at all. A Driver overheard my conversation and asked where it was coming from. I told him and let me know that the central part of the country had been hit with a huge snow storm and the distribution center was locked down and mass confusion was happening there because packages were piling up. I thanked him for his forthcoming information and we both agreed that FedEx Corp's were clueless. Why didn't the people I spoke to just tell me what I had to learn from a driver? Why did Fed Ex chose not to admit they were having issues with deliveries because of inclement weather? Why did I have to learn this from a Driver? Once again the working stiff is the one who knows more than the pencil pushers. Very sad! One week after we received the replacement phone, we got a call from a lady in Texas asking if we were missing a package. After we verified our address with her I asked here what it was so she opened it. It was a phone. She lived in Central Texas, we live in Southern Colorado our addresses are nothing alike. I repeat, NEVER USE FED EX if you can help it!

    I was a regular customer here using their printing service which is $1 for every page printed. I…read morecreate and pay for my own shipping labels for my small business and only need them printed. However, the manager wanted to over charge me for EVERY ONE of my own labels on EACH page. They have never done this before, and i've been using their printing service for the past several months. I have always only paid for just the # of prints/pages. He said it was for "processing". I told him I will drop them off & mail them myself. I should only be paying for the NUMBER of pages i'm printing not for WHAT i'm printing. He grabbed all my prints and said kept saying "this doesn't seem to be working out" unwilling to explain the extra charges and was attempting to throw them all in trash. He then says "You're arguing over 2 dollars?". He purposefully wanted to over-charge me for their printing service! It should have been $3 for 3 printed pages. They don't care about their customers or even their regular customers like I was. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! They also aren't very friendly most times either. All the other times they only charged for the # of pages i've printed. The same manager even helped me once before and never did this to me. So this makes no sense!!! Im only printing not having them "processed"?! Not to mention the guy who started my transaction decided it was time to clock out and started saying bye to his coworkers/left mid-transaction without saying anything to me before this manager who was nearby took over. I worked retail and this was considered rude and you must always completely finish helping your customer before leaving even if it's your time to clock out for the day. Clearly they don't value their customers. DO NOT give them business!! Unprofessional customer service!!

    Tuesday night broke glassdoor to fireplace insert.  Wednesday am started Googleing fireplace…read morelocations near me.  I found 1 in Durango, 1 in pagosa, & 1 in Farmington.  Call the 1 in Durango,  Message stated that it was busy season and they will call back 24 to 48 hours.  Decide I would take the glassless door,  personally to the shop if there even was a shop.  But on the way I found SMART enterprises on Main Street. SMART enterprises did not show up on my Google search.  But because SMART enterprise had fireplace written on the window, we decided to stop.  Saleswoman inside was very very knowledgeable about fireplaces, fire inserts and jacuzzis. She stated it would be no problem to fix the glass on our fire place door.  15 minutes after we left the shop we gotta a call saying the glass door was ready for pickup.   Unbelievable so quick!  Note: Thursday I got a call from 1st fireplace shop. They ask me what the brand was of my fireplace insert, I really didn't know but they said they probably couldn't get the glass anymore for this fireplace and that I would have to replace the whole door. WHAT?... I just thanked him.  One thing I wish SMART was not so pricey on the repair BUT I'm happy that my fireplace is as good as new.

    I needed a specific Lenovo charger for my laptop, and I needed it asap. I got there and a large dog raised its head to look at me as I was smacked in the face with the smell of marijuana. Not a big deal, I thought. I looked through a box of chargers and found the exact one I needed. I was stoked. When Shawn went to ring it up, it was $65. Are you kidding me? This charger goes for $32 brand new on the Lenovo website! I asked if he could do anything about the price and he said he'd have to talk to his manager. He went behind a wall, to talk with some woman who's head I could see the top of through a window, and they talked a bit. He came back, essentially said that it was a lot more expensive than he expected too but the owner is firm on pricing. I thanked him for his help and left. I have no problem with Shawn, he was just doing his job. But the lady behind the wall and the owner? Are you serious? How do you justify selling a used laptop charger for twice the price of it brand new? Why did you not come talk to my face instead of making Shawn, who already has a queue of phone screens to fix, run around your store? The worst part is, people have to pay these prices because it is a small town and there's nowhere else to go. Here I am trying to support local businesses and being forced to buy from the colossal corporate dome that is Bezos' shaved head. Absolutely ridiculous.
