Their attitude was clearly "I can't be bothered." To top it off, they said they would report back to me about whether or not they found the package, but they never did. To add insult to injury, they are not accountable at all for their negligence -- there is a record that the package was delivered there and it was either lost or stolen, but they are not required to provide reimbursement.
