It appears as though she is going out of her way to purposefully inconvenience the customers and I have observed this on more than a few occasions. I personally believe that she might have a mental health issue because she seems "off." Something is definitely not right with her. My advice is to just go to another location and not try to confront her. It's kinda sad for me to say this but I think the USPS hires a lot of shady people because there are plenty of "Kim's" out there.

For a period of time last year, we did not get daily delivery. Some mail went missing (which may not have been the fault of the local office), and now, delivery still seems erratic. Twice I have had a vacation hold on mail, and twice the mail was never delivered, even after receiving an email stating when it would be delivered. When I had an issue with missing bills and requested to speak to the postmaster, I was told he was not in, but could leave a message and he would contact me. No contact, even after a second request. There was a problem with numerous people not receiving their water bills. While this could have been a distribution problem elsewhere, I'll never know because no one bothered to contact me to find out what the problem was. Short of staff? Budget issues? I don't know, but I do know that it is frustrating.

Everytime I come I'm greeted with a smile they have plenty of help so I never wait long. They give me suggestions on how to save money on my mailings. I walk in right on a Thursday. I get there again and I told them I need to pick up a package please, give them my order number and show identification, and then she proceeds to be the most complicated woman ever. saying that I can't pick it up because it's not mine. for one it's under my friends name and I had ss of the order and I had my identification and order number. mind u I tried explaining it was my package but it's under my friends name. they don't care so I walked out and gave up. so now my friend goes on a Saturday to pick up the package under their name. they walk in no line, the first thing she sees is one of the lady's screaming at someone for using the wrong package when it come to shipping? so my friend is already startled from that screaming and she also has ADHD so it's a little overwhelming for her. it's her turn in line and she goes up and tries to pick it up. she shows id and for some reason they ask for a piece of mail to confirm it's you like what? but luckily she has that. and then the lady goes and tries to start something by saying "oh yea there was a guy who walked in here trying to pick it up but we didn't let him." like ok? no one asked i think my friend already knew. AND then she tries making it hard for my friend because she has 2 last names and on the package it's only one and so my friend is trying to explain that she only uses one and the lady is making a deal out of it but she decides to just hand the package over and yk what she says too. She's like "oh you know since you don't live in Belleville I can stop you from getting this package and you won't be able to ever get it." like wtf is ur problem bro like we come in with good manners and respect and u treat us like ur better than us?? literally don't give these people any business they don't deserve it. took a total of 3 days to pick up a package btw.
