If you can't ship something just inform the customer and move along don't ask us to guess and hope. I would not recommend this post office to anyone at this point. I took my letters to FedEx and am mailing them there. It may be more expensive but at least I am not guessing whether or not they will be delivered.

It appears as though she is going out of her way to purposefully inconvenience the customers and I have observed this on more than a few occasions. I personally believe that she might have a mental health issue because she seems "off." Something is definitely not right with her. My advice is to just go to another location and not try to confront her.
