It is now Thursday and no package. I went to post office on Exchange Ave. in Endicott for guidance. He said it's probably at Washington Ave. I showed him my shop app where it shows the package elsewhere. He said no it's at Washington Avenue. He did not try to assist me at all. He also said they only try to deliver once. So therefore it should have been delivered Sunday because we were open and someone said we were closed which wasn't true. Very poor customer service. Guess I was bothering him.

Every single time I've put the correct address and box number provided by the university, yet they always say that the address is incomplete and will refuse to deliver my packages. Also I'm not sure if this is just a general USPS problem or Amazon problem or what but these packages wouldn't even get to me in time if they were shipped when they were delivered here. Overall terrible, awful, and a downright joke of a package delivery service. Definitely would not recommend even considering getting a package delivered through these imbeciles.

They are open 9 Am till 5pm with lunch break closing 12pm to 12:30 pm. Parking is sufficient for few cars but some street parking is available . The new mail…read morecarrier folds my mail and places it in the rather small mailbox I have in very bent form whereas with a slight twist of the wrist, he could place it in the box in a far less bent form. I asked gently to speak to the Postmaster about this. She came to the window with an unfriendly face, no greeting, and upon my showing her pictures of what I meant and the actual folded cards (with folded pictures inside) said there's nothing she can do about it. "He has to do it with one hand, she said." As I said, it takes a slight twist of the wrist to do it without deep bends. Simple solution. Simple training of staff. She's not up to the job of Postmaster, IMHO. Sad. Two weeks before Christmas, the only stamps available were American flags and Day of the Dead skeleton stamps. Same Postmaster, who didn't feel a need to order Holiday or winter stamps.

My phone did a auto fill for my address and I hadn't realized it on an order. The package was…read moreposted as undeliverable on the day it was due so I stopped into this post office. John took the tracking number and called the carrier post office and found the package and asked them to pull it out of the truck so I could retrieve it. At one point the line disconnected and he waited for them to call back. My boyfriend who was visiting from New Jersey said that the post offices near him would have told him he was SOL and that was some of the best customer service he had ever seen. Thank you for making our Saturday morning.
