The house number receiving my mail/packages is having the same issue with its mail being delivered to my house. When I call to inform this post office of the issue, the staff is dismissive and unhelpful and the issue never gets resolved. This is the worst post office I've ever dealt with, and I've lived many places over the years.

They are there to do their job and educate what you need to ship your item, that's it. They don't care about their tone, just communicating the information you need. No one ever uses the number machine. It's just there for decoration I think. Just get in line and you'll see people scattered trying to fill out things they forgot or didn't know they needed. Its a bit bigger than most post offices so at least you can find a space to fill out your documents. I'll return because its the USPS.

As we waited there no one had checked on us. We waited for an hour and finally we had to take matters into our own hands, we spoke with an employee and he was extremely rude, claiming we were late for our appointment. In reality, we checked in on time and we waited for them to call us. We had to request the supervisor and he didn't comply. He said he couldn't squeeze us in even though the man taking passport pictures didn't look busy. The incompetent staff should have asked us what we were waiting for as we were in there for an hour. The Post Office in Town and Country is your best option.

I have a customer who orders multiple items at one time that require me to box them and take them…read moreto the post office. Today I went to the Chesterfield post office with 40 small boxes and was told I could only have 10 of them at one time handled by the woman behind the counter and then I would have to go back in line and have 10 more done. Then get back in line again and again. I have never been told this before at any post office and I have been mailing these boxes for many years . Today, the female employee who was assisting me, and I use that word, assisting loosely, started out by making a face when I told her the boxes weren't already marked with postage. That's when she informed me that she could only handle 10 of them because @it's a busy post office".. There was no one in line behind me when she started and 3 customers waiting when she finished. When she did finish, they were 3 emojis that came up on the screen - a smiley face, a frowny face and an indifferent face. Before I could react, she tapped on the smiley face and went onto the page where she needed my credit card. She thought I didn't see her do that I remarked that if I wanted to give her a good review, I would've done that myself. The lack of good service at this post office was stunning. I went to the Ballwin post office Saturday and they took all my boxes!! They couldn't believe how badly I was treated at the Chesterfield branch.

I work 6pm to 6am I couldn't really get here much earlier" and she wouldn't help. I had a prepaid shipping label. It wouldn't have taken long. It wouldn't have been past closing time. Is it really that hard to be empathetic?? I'm just shipping a hoodie out but what if it was something more time sensitive? It's so off putting that people can't just be kind anymore.

I had an unusual letter/package to ship and he helped me figure out the best way to ship it and what I needed to do to save some $$$. While I was repackaging the letter he helped another customer, a very friendly older woman, and he was extremely polite and patient. Kudos to USPS for having a great employee AND a P.O. that opens 30 minuites before others!
