My apartments are often inaccessible due to others locking our entry door during the day, and I sometimes worry about things getting stolen. This takes care of both of those issues. Perfect. Imagine my surprise to have the cherry on top of cheery, lovely service every.single.time. I come in (which is fairly frequently). The business appears to be family owned, and they've got a litany of other services I wouldn't hesitate to ask for, if needed. Whenever I have a package to pickup, it's always quick, efficient, and with a smile- what more could you ask for? The person at the other end had to go to the local center and they explained it was not sent as 2 day delivery. Called the mail center and they are explained it indicates it is a 2 day delivery but when they get delivered is fed ex issue, not theirs and i did not pay for 2 day delivery.
