I joined the line at 4:49 pm, approximately ten people ahead of me. When I got to the counter Representative Pitait took my envelopes, I expressed I wanted to send them with Return Receipts. She gave them to me. I asked if I needed to join the line when I was done or if I would be able to skip. She said either way was fine. Upon completing my last certified mail papers, another representative told me I needed to hurry up because the delivery guy was leaving and they're already closed. I quickly filled it out and came to the counter. To then be told they were closed and could not take my mails. The time being 5:13 pm. Without any prior notice to me, while continuing to take customers that were after me, SECONDS PRIOR to addressing me. I walked back to the counter, Saiful then came to insist they could not take my mails. I left with some frustration and sharply and abruptly opened the door. For another representative to address me about how I opened the door and how he doesn't appreciate it. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL when it comes to customer service at this establishment. Living in the neighborhood for over 16 years I remember when this post office was nothing to write home about. There was always a long line and confusion to go along with the inadequate services. I remember when only two windows were open and the employees would slowly attend to customers like a jar of molasses. read more

The post office at this location is super slow and only one person working at the time I came here. The post office is quite big plus many windows too but nobody there working behind those windows except for one employee. The line got longer and longer. Come on USPS, you can do better than that! I saw a commercial on TV saying all the good things about USPS. If you can spend money for TV commercials, you can spend for employees. USPS should start their lunch break strategy. read more

Honestly this post office is not that bad. They do have employees who really try to get the lines moving quickly and care that you get taken care of. I live a few blocks away and I'm usually in and out in about 20 minutes , less if I come in the early hours. I do think that they are understaffed here which may be the reason for the slow service in the back. You'll never find a post office deserving a 5 star rating on Yelp, but I don't think this deserves a 1 star as the 2 previous reviewers had rated. read more

I would never return here. I live close by and used to come here because of the employee Tito who is so nice. However, his coworker Alexis is a horrible employee and I would never return here. She ignored me when I needed help and pretended she was busy. She acted like she couldn't be bothered by me. I ship things to PR for my cousin who needs supplies for her baby and she was not helpful at all. Another lady saw the situation and tried to help. I demanded to speak to a manager but they didnt want to call anybody. Then Alexis talked to the other and told her my situation and I then said oh now you hear me because you acted like you couldn't care less before. She said I was busy and raised her voice at me. I got frustrated and told them Im going to a different branch. Then she called me stupid and I cursed her out because how dare you talk to a customer like that. Shes so nasty. I told her I was calling corporate and she said no problem my name is Alexis. So you know what Alexis this is my post about you. Learn how to be helpful you rude person. And my name is Alexis too. This Post Office stinks it is terrible they say that they delivered a package when its not even there i recently had a package left outside my front door I went to check and there was no package there. They say it was delivered at 5:13 on January 22, 2021 but nothing was there. I'm going to file a Complaint. They absolutely STINK. read more

These people are always stealing packages from me. I have ordered stuff and numerous times I have not gotten my package. They tell me there is nothing they can do when I go inside and I'm tired of them taking my stuff and lying. They have put info notices on my door stating that the package was not delivered and than changing information in the system so I can not track my package. Someone should be fired. read more

Have had problems with this location with packages being mishandled, once had my package lost and tracking status never updated for weeks, and recently they scanned my package as delivered while I was home the whole day and no delivery either that day or the next day, filed a complaint with the Inspector General read more

What a nightmare. I mean, seriously. It was a sweltering hot day, and despite the sign clearly prohibiting more than 7 people inside this post office at one time there were at least 15 people inside. I dutifully waited outside, however, no one else did. I am a nurse and just finished a grueling 16 hour day. I waited in line over 1 hour, only to be turned away due to a faulty machine (not my fault) that wouldn't read my debit card. There was only ONE CLERK working and she is not young. That's not my problem either. When I inserted the debit card, the machine moved a little and the clerk reprimanded me for breaking the machine. Get a life! I expressed a few words of frustration and her boss (supposedly) came to the window and was overtly rude. He never offered an apology, nor did the clerk. In fact, he was rather pompous and officious. There were other machines there, etc., however, the pompous boss man and unapologetic clerk cared less. They offered no other options. This post office is a joke and always has been and will continue to be. The other gentleman there, Alol or something was not any help either. If I treated my patients this way, I'd be fired, I'm sorry goes a long way, but these 3 individuals obviously never heard these words. By the way, my card worked just fine at the Key Food 3 blocks away, therefore, it's your STUPID machine that I broke, correct? What a joke. This is the post office I'm using for years . The place never improved visually , or taking any action regarding this . The staff are always friendly and patience so this is the only reason I keep coming back ;) hopefully they will try to improve the waiting experience here .. read more

rating this post office negative stars would be more accurate than this stellar one star review. Employees can be a hit or a miss some are nice, some are rude, like the ones that sit in the back and loudly bash and laugh at customers. Then there's the issue of long lines, almost always there's one employee serving lines of 20 plus people. It's really just embarrassing how blatantly these employees have no pride in their jobs or regards for the people they serve. read more

This review is based on a phone call made to the post office. I was at my mom's house and she needed to find out the postage rate to Europe. I am next to her while she makes the call. Mom asked, "How much is the postage to Europe? The worker said to my Mom, "you need to come to the post office to find out" Mom replied, "I am old lady. I cannot come in." She puts my mother on hold. I asked the po to hold my mail by using the yellow card they give you. When I got home my mail was all over the place. They don't give u a receipt for the yellow card so u can't complain about it.
