After questioning what defines a shipping bag, he couldn't articulate it for 5 minutes. Furthermore, he said he will have to spend $3.25 buying their plastic bag that have a place to put a label on. I had attached the label to my existing package that cannot be removed. In the same breath, he helped another customer shipping luggage without a label (just a tag). Lastly, I asked if I could use one of the freely available bags in store, he said no. The level of training of store manager is abysmal at best. Review from 2023: Eddie, Store Manager, experiences difficulty in communicating effectively, clearly and succinctly. I walked away feeling confused and frustrated for lack of care.
