The staff at the hotel were very unaccommodating and wouldn't consider shipping the bag to my home (of course, I was willing to pay for the shipping and their time and trouble). When I contacted Joe at The Mail Center, he graciously agreed to go to the hotel, pick up the bag and ship it back to me and it was received in two days. Today after nearly 6 months of going to this place, I checked to see if I needed to pay any rent. To my surprise what I thought was a six month rental with a three month free bonus turns out to have been, according to Brian Michaelson, the stone cold person doing something that can't possibly be called helping me, was a year. They had no paperwork with my signature or initial on it that said anything about a year, but showed me a computer screen that suggested a year and printed a receipt ostensibly from last October that also said that but this after 10 to 15 minutes of standing there talking to Brian so any teenager with an iPad could've produced those "records" in less time. I used this while I was in between the sale of one house and the purchase of the condo. At the time I didn't know how long it was going to be, and I imagined it would be 2 to 4 months. Turned out to be five, but there was no way in hell it was going to be a year and I would've never agreed to it. Furthermore, I later purchased an access fob, apparently for $30 fee that I assumed was a deposit. Stone cold Brian play dumb and at first wasn't sure how much the charge was for those and then said he wasn't sure he could do anything about refunding me for canceling the mailbox after six months or even giving me my $30 back for a fob, but I think I used twice and never intend to use again. Writing this is worth more than a $30 to me. I don't know if this is an actual scam that they're running, but it sure feels like that as a consumer, but they wouldn't refund anything, not even as a courtesy to offer me the $30 back for the fob is outrageous. I would not recommend this business to anyone. They're nowhere near as helpful as the FedEx Kinko's store. They have limited hours of access if you don't pay for a fob. And I'm telling you that they adopted friendly personalities when you're looking to rent and act either ignorant or just utterly unhelpful when you're looking to close out. They don't seem to be interested in any Goodwill and I don't think they deserve any.

I was having a rough morning, had to stop in here to get some things printed while on the road, well I left with a smile and the fabulous woman who greeted me (I'm assuming she owns the place) totally change my state by how nice she was. She rang me up and I had to go back to my car for cash, I couldn't use my business credit card for the low amount it was. (My choice not her rules) I told her she needed to raise her prices and she told me that a lot of people can't afford business services so she keeps her prices reasonable so it's affordable for anyone. I really had a great experience here this morning and if you are in the need of business services please try this place. If anything you'll get a warm smile and a friendly conversation.

Their selection of cards is fairly good and the prices are reasonable, I was really surprised. We usually think of Pak Mail, as a shipping point (just like a UPS Store), but they are more than than....their success is based on exceptional service and a positive customer experience. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the gentleman behind the counter and he asked if I needed any help. That immediate customer interaction was really refreshing. As I did more research on the brand, I realized that you can bring your big, oversized, heavy, or awkwardly shaped Items and they will create custom packing, crating and shipping plans for delivering your packages to their destinations. Anyone can take furniture, artwork, antiques, freight, etc and they will take care of it! Even cars and motorcycles...just come in and ask ! Good to know !!!!!
