The employees greeted me and took care of my Spectrum return in a jiffy. I was in and out in no time. I ended up misplacing my receipt which contained the tracking info. I called the store to see if they could look up my tracking info. Not only was I provided with the tracking #, but I also received a confirmation # so that I could provide it to Spectrum should they need it.

I sent someone to send something on my behalf, and they had a very poor experience here. I searched on the FedEx website and we saw various discounts, (screenshot below), including opening a FedEx account, using FedEx Express, or the FedEx One Rate. After getting a quote, the sender asked whether the various discounts were applied because they wanted to get the best rate. Instead of an explanation or a productive correspondence, the sender was told by the lady (presumably the same lady referenced in other reviews) that the rate they were given was the best rate and that if they don't like it, they could go home and do it themselves. In our view, the lady could have explained if all discounts were already applied or not. If it is something she doesn't do for her customers, she could have articulated that as well. The way this went down, it was unnecessarily rude. Understandably appalled by this lady's blatant rudeness, my sender went home, and ended up doing it themselves online and got a better rate. In that sense, the lady was in fact helpful. Perhaps some tact would have pushed my sender to use the services there and then, but the first impression was so poor that my sender is determined to never return.

The staff is extremely rude--there's never a simple "hello," just someone standing there silently with a scanner in hand, waiting to check your items. If I didn't need to process a return, I wouldn't step foot in here. And outside of returns, I make it a point not to. In today's economy, where jobs aren't guaranteed and major businesses close regularly, you'd think people in customer service roles would at least try to show some professionalism. A Macy's in a busy area closed down, UPS is not exempt from closing down. This is a customer service position--you weren't hunted down for this job, you applied for it. So if you're that unhappy being here, maybe it's time to move on. There's one employee in particular--a man with golden hair and a round face--who is consistently rude. He never greets customers and only engages with his coworkers. It's no wonder this location has such poor reviews. The attitude here reflects exactly why the ratings are so low.
