Tracking indicates that it never left the Elmsford facility. This worker named "Mustafa" told me I wasn't comprehending the tracking information. When in fact, the manager was able to discern that the package is located in Newark. This location seems to hire seriously uneducated, unprofessional, unkempt individuals.
