I confirmed with FedEx they had the correct address. They asked for directions. I asked if driver had GPS and was given excuse that the address doesn't appear on GPS. I explained that we get FedEx delvieries on this street and to this address all the time. Waiting for a call back from a supervisor. Delivery was required today. Now I am being told that the delivery will be before 1:30 pm Monday 8/3. This is unacceptable and is causing major issues with acustomer of mine. The service was a little gruff. But at least the people were good and professional. I shipped an overnight package for business purposes on Thursday, August 14. Tracking indicates that it never left the Elmsford facility. This worker named "Mustafa" told me I wasn't comprehending the tracking information. When in fact, the manager was able to discern that the package is located in Newark. This location seems to hire seriously uneducated, unprofessional, unkempt individuals. The good professionalism has gone down over the last 10 years. Stay away from this place. And to the manager Kandice Hemmit: either learn how to manage this location better or maybe find a new line of work
