She literally gives pathetic lies and says we're trespassing on private property during business hours of a government funded facility. She threatens to call the cops but never does and then says it's a federal offense to record the empty bins when we try to drop off packages. Get a hobby. read more

Worst experience I've had. We came in the building to two lines of people cutting in front of each other and confused where the line was. They said nothing as people asked each other what to do and getting frustrated as to why people were cutting in line in front of them and still being helped by the workers. Waited 30mins until the lady told us to go to the side door and press the door ringer. No one answered. pressed it two more times and 10 mins later, still no one. A older lady came up for the same thing and pressed it another two times. Still nothing. She pressed two more times and we could hear the worker asking "why are they pressing the buzzer too many times" as we were still waiting for an answer. Very rude and lazy workers. I never thought I'd say this, but this was a pleasant post office experience. Let me clarify, I let my passport expire...I know right. If you've ever done this, you know that now that online reissues (not renewals) require an appt and in person trip to the post office, and finding an appt spot can feel impossible. Fast forward a few months, I ended up here (the 1st available appt within 50 miles of my house), and although I was hesitant and a bit bent out of shape upon arrival, I have to give these folks their props. While I waited for another family to finish their passport affairs, the team member sent me out to expedite my process by acquiring my passport photo down the street (while saving my spot in line...which was a treat, because this spot gets busy). When I returned, the family was still going, navigating questions, and working out payment. I'm sure it was a stressful situation on both ends, but once finished, you would have never known based on how I was treated. Quick, efficient, friendly, and painless. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. After a few weeks...or maybe months...my passport was at my door. The staff is so unprofesional , no one wear a name tag and when i asked their name (is sep19 10:40) The employee at that day and time refused to provide it to me i had an appointment at 10 and was expect back at work . I am still here due to her not seeing me at my appointment time even though i was 10 min early she keeps seeing everyone that came to the door and took care of the appointment last . I was here to ask a simple question about my certified mail never got delivered. I was told I can get my money back. The lady at the side window quickly denied "you can get money back from Express mail." Then, she shut the window. Ok. It was only $5.50. This place has been trying to improve its reputation and customer service. I came on a Friday afternoon and it was a fairly quick process. I waited in line about 5 minutes which in my opinion is great. I dropped off a package that already had a paid USPS label at the counter as it was too large to fit in their standard drop slots. The lady was very pleasant and took the package and even encouraged me to fill out the survey on the receipts QR code. She also asks all customers if they need stamps which is standard protocol for them. The location has a large parking lot similar to most USPS facilities. Overall good experience. read more

I wish I could give a lower rating! My experience on 8/3/23 was RIDICULOUSLY BAD! The cashier/clerk 22 was HORRIBLE!!!! I walked in at 5:40, the post office doesn't close till 6. I waited in line and once it was my turn and I explained to the gentleman that I need separate transactions due to needing individual receipts for each letter I had. THE CLERK SAID AND I QUOTE "WHY DIDNT YOU COME EARLIER" Excuse me? That is not how you speak to a paying customer. If not this you get the rolling eyes....or please move to the side and fill your form out there and get back at the end of the line. Not the case here. Fast facility. Four tellers were ready for processing of all needs. Passports. Stamps. Money orders and etc. Jordan the teller that helped me with my forms was informative and helped me make sure I got everything I needed. I'll be back to this location for sure. I haven't been to a post office for a few years and stopped by this location for mailing something overseas. There was one man working and he never smiled or greeted anyone. I asked to ship a parcel and he automatically gave me a First class quote when I wanted it as Priority. He was super unfriendly and slow. Definitely not super fancy or upbeat. I have definitely had problems receiving mail. Sometimes, I would get online notifications that a note was left at the door, but there's been no note. In theory, my regular carrier might have just been on vacation. Pros: + 9a-6p Mon-Fri are normal operating hours. Well, I guess if they don't open at 8am, I'm glad at least that they are open 5pm-6pm unlike other offices. + Window to pick up items 6am-6pm Mon-Fri and some hours on Saturday morning (this was observed pre-Jan 2013 when they made a bunch of changes. I think they are open 8am-12pm, but call before heading over "Carrier Facility Hours".) These hours are better than 90% of the USPS offices in Houston. + For the most part, the employees here aren't disgruntled. + Self-serve kiosk open 24/7. read more

Some waited longer than 1 hr and were told the workers were busy and patrons should stop knocking or the workers would call the police! This is all happening between 9:30-10:30 when the call door is supposed to be open 9:00 to 12:00 on Saturday. The disrespect and indifference from the Saturday staff was absolutely unbelievable. The first time I went, I was helped by a guy from start to finish. I needed a large canvas shipped out, but was struggling with ways to package it well. He went to the back to find something that looked like a smaller TV cardboard box and some packaging paper and then proceeded to wrap the entire thing up for me. He was so helpful in telling me where to place the paper to keep the canvas from moving and then helped me with getting the addresses in the right places. At no point did he try to upsell anything despite all the time he spent helping me out. I wish I remembered his name because this guy deserves the highest of praises. If every USPS employee were like him, then I swear people would have a very different opinion about the post office. The second time I visited, I got a completely different experience, which is why this review is averaging out to 3 stars. She was quite rude and told me I needed to figure out my issue before I came up to the counter. read more

They send your packages back to the sender if they can't use the elevator to put your package at the door. Then when I called a customer service they told me their not obligated to take the steps to the third floor, if the property uses fetch, they will only deliver to that address, (Amazon, DHL, and fedex all deliver to my door)and if it don't fit in the mail box they will return to sender THE SAME DAY they tried to deliver. 0 stars. Weeks ago we received a "sorry we missed you" slip in our mailbox, I am at home all the time and there was never a single person knock on my door. I had to go to usps to pick it up. People are rude there. I waited 30 minutes on the line where there is only 4 people. Very slow and incompetent. Yesterday i was expecting a package and I was at home the entire day but the only thing we received was a note on a mailbox again and it says package is oversized and no access to delivery location. WTF. They could leave it on the front door but I assume they didnt, they just leave this paper on your mailbox because they are lazy AF. I reschedule the delivery for next day and said to leave it in my front door. I was in porch the entire afternoon waiting for it but nobody came. What a joke! I have lived in this are for long time, and when i visit them they have always been great, specially this year they had a person who was able to take and process of packages that were for just drop off. The only negative is with delivery at times, and I don't blame them, I understand with invent of online shopping their load has increased. What I dislike is when they lie on delivery attempt. Where they write a bad excuse, which I am going on limb and say that must be a menu selection that they have to choose. It would be wiser to give the option to client to come pickup their package head of time on super busy load days. A person can only deliver so many packages per hour in a day. Between parking, traffic and al other conditions, Its total waste of time and fuel for the Employee to pickup that load knowing that its impossible to reach all address. So hopefully They amend their process and make necessary adjustment to restore peoples confidence. However leaving dumb note which might reflect a lie is never ok. I rather they write unable to deliver due to excess amount of packages and have the opportunity to pickup the item first thing or possible in a locker system after the shift, or rather putting it on a car, in a locker then a note that they couldn't reach my door due to block entrance. I arrive this morning to return mail that didn't belong to my home and mail off a package. Sounds pretty simple right??? No so I stand in line for 5-10 mins to find out the retail counter is not closed. So I'm puzzled as to why a post office is open with no retail counter. The line is standing at the door area to pic up packages. So when I get to the door I inform the employee that I am receiving a lot of mail from someone who doesn't live a my address. "Her response was to tell your apartment complex they don't live there". I said wow how can the apartment control the mail when no mail is delivered to the office. Wow...I then inform her that I have partial postage on this package and would like to weight the difference so send it off. She stated "the retail counter is not open there is no way for me to do that". I said "there are no self service envelopes available so the gives me one when I asked for a pen and she said I don't have one available ". Horrible service from horrible people. Three separate visits to get a PO Box, only to never get one. Excuses every time. Packages never show, blank face & dry response. Came here this morning because of a package from Canada being marked as "out for delivery" that never showed up. I go there AGAIN, only to be stared at in a "what do you want?" Kind of tone & energy. Every employee had that energy. It's a good thing that you're separated by a counter. I guarantee you wouldn't have that same attitude if someone saw you on the street. If you need to get stamps or something, it takes for ever and on a few times, they've been closed when there is no national holiday.. No explanation. Took a good 10 minutes or so to pick up held mail from the back. Sign clearly says to knock since the doorbell isn't working...... I knocked hard several times and no one ever came to the door. Finally, what appeared to be a supervisor, was coming out the door and asked if I had been helped. My answer was obviously no and she went back to find someone who could assist me. In the background, I heard her yell for the person who was supposed to be assisting at the door and turns out he went on break without permission (per their loud conversation).
