Post office is OK, it's the delivery that sucks!!!!!! So many of my neighbors, including me, aren't getting the mail delivered correctly. Most neighbors usually just bring mail to correct address. I'm missing year-end tax info, retirement info, etc. I KNOW I'm missing it because I get daily notices, including pics, of what is supposed to be delivered. GET A NEW DELIVERY PERSON!!!!!​ read more

Laura is amazing!!! We walked in during the walk-in hours not realizing they generally only help however many people they can fit into the walk-in schedule: which is only 30 mins and it takes at least 15 minutes per each person. Walk-in hours were over and all the people that made appointments were coming in. But Laura assured us she was still going to accommodate us, which she did and in such a timely manner. We really appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate people. She truly is a Gem!! read more

This review is mostly for Laura but overall our whole experience was so wonderful that it brought me to leave a review. Laura assisted us with passport services and was an absolute delight so helpful and friendly! She assisted 4 of us and was organized and knew exactly what she was doing and how to process everything properly. Not to mention that this was the only place that had decent availability for passport appointments. There are probably 4 closer post offices near me, but I would rather make a 35 minute drive and know I'm being taken care of then go down the street to my local office. I really hope that the higher ups read this because this office is a hidden gem, with absolutely wonderful service and they deserve to be recognized! read more

I have a P.O. Box and the post office out the key in the wrong box and someone took my package. They admitted they did this and that they could do nothing about it and that I needed to submit a claim with the tracking. This is an ongoing issue with the post master and other employees for all our towns citizens. read more

I came to this location for my passport and I've never had a better experience at a post office. The woman working was incredibly friendly and very helpful. She was working by herself, but was able to take care of all the customers in a timely manner. I wish all post offices were like this one. Me and my wife came in for a passport appointment. Done in just 15 mins which included photo processing as well. Laura, who was the Staff at that time was very friendly and accommodating. So I recently wanted to finally get a passport, but all locations within 50 miles of Sac were booked 2+ months out. Isleton was the only location available to make an appt. I'm from a super tiny rural town so coming here wasn't a problem. Very easy to locate once you drive into town. Plenty of parking. The woman working was the NICEST, most UNDERSTANDING person I've met in a long time! Please everyone be patient as this USPS is TINY. Literally space for 4 people MAX in the customer service area & only 1 person working the counter for all services. She was great explaining the process and even allowed me to trim my passport photo before submitting to make sure it was accepted. Literally the sweetest woman. I don't remember her name, but thank you! I got my approved passport back within a month which is pretty fast! :-) read more

Very happy and friendly staff I encountered. Just like your typical post office they carry all the necessities to mail out your letters, packages or purchase stamps, boxes or even purchase collective stamps. They have a lobby with plenty of post office boxes to rent out. There are no stamp vending machines here. There is also a big blue drive up drop off box out front. A few news papers machines out front too. You can grab your mail and then grab a newspaper and head up to the dock across the street and get yourself caught up on whats happening whilst taking in the beauty, sights and sounds of the Delta. The Isleton post office is a great place to process your passports. Both postal clerks are very knowledgeable and helpful. They also have a photo service if you need photos for your passport. I recommend getting a reservation if you can online, but they will take walk-ins on an as available basis. Wonderful service! read more

The postal employees are terrific and efficient. We needed passports for two of our children. First, it is easy to schedule an appointment. Went in yesterday to get two passports and process was easy and simple, especially if you have all your paperwork ready. Laura assisted us and she was great and super sweet. The other associate was friendly as well. Very small, quiet town that is easy to locate once you get into town but make sure to pay attention to road signs if not familiar with area.
