Okay. Despite having lived in this town for a little over a year and a half now, I didn't realize that there was a consolidated postal service center that deals with....basically all vendors. USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL....doesn't matter. They do it all. Plus, you can get documents notarized here like the UPS center on D.W. Highway. The thing that doesn't make much sense to me are all the negative reviews. I mean, it's a POSTAL center. How do you bash a postal center? What? Di-...did they take too long to print out your receipt? I just happened by this place as I was in search of a FedEx drop off point. I came here with a label already printed on the box to ship, handed it to the guy, and that was it. Package arrived the very next morning, as promised via the overnight label. Quick, neat, simple. The location is also wicked convenient for us, since it's located in the same outlet vicinity as Market Basket and Chic-Fil-A. If you can't find those two places then I just dunno. ¯\_( ° °)_/¯ So, yeah. NH does consolidated postal centers as opposed to the traditional stand-alone services. No wonder I couldn't find any USPS kiosks in Nashua. Postal Service USA gets 5 packages stamped for overnight delivery out of 5. read more

Let me start by saying I've been using this location for 25 years + with Bob running it. Never a problem, and his customer service was impeccable & consistent. Apparently they now have new owners that clearly don't value their customers. I went in to renew my postal box, and was told the prices increased by 50%, yes 50%...I understand inflation, and it's a business, but 50% is ridiculous. Not sure why they don't have higher reviews. We've enjoyed the service they provide. Always pleasant and nice to work with. Always helpful and efficient. We stop in probably 6 times a year and the experience is always the same. Lose your tracking number, call them and they look it up for you, no matter how busy they are. HORRIBLE customer service!!! I went in to the Postal service and the man who helped me was so unfriendly and looked miserable being at work and that was my experience. Any time I asked a question, his answer was preceded by a LOUD sigh and eyeroll. On top of that, they double the prices of USPS flat rate shipping options. Definitely won't be back! read more

On January 18, 2020, I purchased a large gold envelope and placed my non-replaceable documents in there and explained to the woman behind the counter the importance of these documents getting to their destination asap. (Going from Milford NH to New Ipswich NH) I was never offered tracking because in the words of the woman behind the counter she said "Yeah, we are closing and I can get out of here." The store was getting ready to close, the owner was shutting down the lights as we were conducting business. Needless to say, it is now almost a week later and the office to whom the documents were to go to never arrived. I called the store and had a rude person ask me if I had tracking and a receipt. "Well, there is nothing we can do." How about a refund, at least and an apology. OH..........and I did go on the website to send them a message. Of course I got no response. To me that is a great lack of caring about the customers. So, from now on I will either go to the post office or the Postal Center in Nashua, NH. At least Bob, the owner there acknowledges his customer's needs. If my documents to not reach their destination by Monday January 27, 2020 I will take them to small claims court and report them to the Better Business Bureau. I went to the shipping center today and I was shipping a package to my cousin who lives in Virginia inside the shipping box the package was wrapped with paper first and then wrapped with two rolls of bubble wrap the box was also sealed as I was paying for the shipping bill the worker there informed me that I might need filler for my box he told me he would fill the Box up with filler and take care of it I said okay now I already paid for the shipping I already have the confirmation number I already have the tracking number I left the store bill then emails me 30 minutes later and tells me he's not shipping my package he's giving me a refund because the contents inside the box he said he could not ship what was inside the Box you ask I was sending my cousin salsa Bill thought it was alcohol I said okay I'll come down to get my stuff I go down there to pick up my stuff Bill tells me to have a nice day I said thank you Bill for going through my stuff and ripping everything apart and writing me an email to inform me you're not going to ship my cousin her salsa that I already paid for I didn't know shipping salsa was illegal even though Bill thought it was alcohol I don't know how he got it mixed up so if you're looking for a shipping place that's not going to go through your stuff after you already have it sealed in a box don't go here read more

The question/comments/contact page on their website will not allow me to submit a message to them so I decided to make a review instead. Came to this store because I had used it before, I needed to make a drop off for UPS and send another package the cheapest way possible, and it was locally owned. I also paid cash so they wouldn't have to pay a credit card company any percentage or fees. I will not be doing that again. I Was charged $2 for "labor" because the employee needed to tape the box. Comes out to about $8 a minute if taping the box took 15 seconds, mechanics charge more reasonable rates for labor. They also told me the 4 lb box (bag and box combined was 4 lbs) could be shipped for $34 for 2 day shipping through fed ex. I told the employee I had ten days to get it there but she told me that the $34 two day shipping through fedex was the cheapest option. There is no way to send it in 5-7 days through the post office? I'll just go to the post office next time. read more

Witnessed some very obvious racism by a woman who works there named Sophia. It makes my blood boil just thinking about what I saw. It was embarrassing to even complete my transaction at his establishment as I witnessed the gentleman next to me be yelled at. This man clearly did not understand English perfectly but that shouldn't have been a problem. She yelled at him, sighed in annoyance when he asked her to repeat herself and she even questioned his mannerisms like "why are you looking away from me?!" when he was clearly looking for a calendar so he could answer her constant and rude questions. Action by the owner needs to be taken against this woman. read more

In my opinion, It's rare in today's society to see business owners take the extra step for the customer. Today the owner of the store took my call after hours. Note: I was calling to check the hours of operations. The owner answered and politely indicated that they closed at 6. I assumed this was the end of the conversation but know he asked how close I was to the store. I said ~ 15 minutes and he said just come on and I will stay late. I tried to say no I would just come tomorrow but he insisted. I then proceed to the store and he helps me with some very sensitive cargo and makes the process very simple. He did all of this with a smile and I never once felt rushed or unwelcome. Now to me this above and beyond the requirements of the store but I am truly grateful for the service and highly recommend this store based on my personal experience. read more

A little disappointed with past couple of experiences. I miss Dawn. She was awesome. Was trying to send some Christmas cards overseas. Apparently they ran out of international stamps, and they couldn't come up with any other alternative. So, I had to make another trip to the Post office in downtown Nashua. I guess someone didn't notice early enough that they were running low to order more so that they wouldn't run out. But, I would also think it would be fairly easy to pay postage on a meter, so that stamps are not the only option. I suggested this while I was there, but was told there was nothing they could do. Confused by this. I worked in an office with a Pitney Bowes meter and was able to put any amount of postage on any envelope. You would think that a POSTAL CENTER would at least be able to do that. read more

Great service. Incredibly expensive! Been going there for years but I just tried shipping two heavy objects (printer and a monitor) and they are way off. Printer quote? $101. Monitor quote? $55. Went to the post office and, with insurance and condition, $41 for printer and $17 for the monitor. Needless to say, I won't be going there again. read more

Went in to get stamps and had a very unpleasant experience with the staff. They have no desire to truly help a customer and could care less if the customer is overcharged for a service. As someone who works with customers daily it makes me upset that someone could have no regard for the customer's need! Not to mention everything is outrageously expensive! Currently At The Postal Center in Nashua. Just had to give positive feedback. The people who work here rock! Giving bubble wrap to the kids in line and challenging them to pop them all before they're done in line, one gave a woman a hug who was super overwhelmed, and getting people finished before they even move up in line. Service-people are friendly. Prices are exorbitant; usually around double the rate at USPS. Despite the fact that it's advertised as a US Postal Center, they really hustle FedEx, and don't offer other options. Quoted $289.- and some change to ship an item to Oregon, that included insurance and packaging and ground delivery. Shocked so I took my item to be shipped elsewhere and for the exact same size box and special packaging and insurance the item cost $57.00 to ship. Outrageous will never go there again. Seems to me that is called overcharging. A polite word for stealing. The only reason they are getting one star is that the program won't allow me to leave it empty. read more

I absolutely love this place! Every time I have gone, the staff has been helpful and kind and not to mention always quick! I don't ship items often, but when I do, going here is easy to grab a box or envelope if needs be and get it shipped. Prices are fine as far as I am aware. Doesn't seem expensive like others say. Never had to really wait long either. The post office tends to be slow, but here you get in and out quickly, but you don't feel rushed either. You get the great customer service, but at a fraction of the time. Would recommend to anyone. read more

The most recent time that I was there, the associate noticed that I was worn out after bringing in a large box, and she offered me a bottle of water which was so refreshing. Absolutely horrible. They will trick you into thinking you are paying for some great service they are providing when in all actuality YOUR SERVICE SUCKS! They are often 30%-50% MORE THAN THE POST OFFICE. Stamps cost more as well, when you can just go over to Market Basket and get them for the same cost. Their employees like 2007 to 2011 USED TO care for their customers, go out of their way to assist you. I never had a problem with ANY of the many employees during those years. I am a longtime customer who will not be returning. Ive reached my breaking point. I will also make sure that no one I know gets taken advantage of and treated poorly by going there. The printing service here is a JOKE and I've tried very hard to give them the benefit of the doubt and they just have no idea what their talking about. It take a week to get a quote, and even when you talk to the "printing" bosses who are supposed to know what they are talking about, they talk from their behinds. You can never get a clear cut anser on pricing, nor how long it will take to get done. When I did get a due date, it turned out to be days later that I could actually pick up my items. I will be taking my printing, and monthly international shipments elsewhere. I used to find value in the company, and that was through the employees, but now, it's all gone to shit. Time to close your doors morons, you've failed. New Hampshire is sick and tired of being played, take your antics back to Mass where you belong. YOU ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE and you take advantage of the little guy. stop trying to make people believe you are genuine, you are money grubbing just as bad ashe next guy, atleast the other guy can admit, yes, I charge more because I WANT TO MAKE MONEY!
