I went in and asked them if they had a hand truck I could borrow? The answer was no. I asked if anyone could help me get it out of my car? The answer was no. Unfriendly man said I could park on the side of the building (compromise!) and bring it in that way. I thanked him profusely and while I was leaving he shouted at me, "BUT JUST THIS ONCE! ONLY THIS ONE TIME!" Ohmygosh, thanks for that amazing customer service. Don't worry I won't come back with anything heavy! I decided to stick around as they did the work and it was good that I did because they needed to watch the manufacturer's install video that I had available on my iPad. It took a team of two guys to complete the job in about an hour. The manager charged me $125 + tax. The staff was courteous and professional and I would recommend them for similar services.
