Now relocated to Suite A-6
Vincent Artemio E.

This is a tiny post office (known as the Bunker Hill post office) that just relocated to a new suite (A6) inside the Yard at Cal Plaza. There is only one clerk here but she is quite efficient. Most of the patrons here either work or live in DTLA. Parking near this area is costly so your best option is to walk to this location if you are nearby or visiting another post office that offers free parking. TIP: If you have a priority mail package to send keep in mind that the clerk keeps the priority mail packaging behind her counter to prevent abuse. Enjoy your visit!

Just filthy!!
Marcela O.

I've been here a few times for stamps only. Line is always long and there is always only 1 person attending. Today prompted me to write this review. The floor was absolutely disgusting! Dirty and sticky, and papers thrown around on the floor in various areas of the mail store. I assume they are short staffed but no mail center should ever look like this!!

Do they sell money orders?

Is there parking?

No, there is no free parking or meaningfully priced parking nearby. This USPS location is here to serve people working in DTLA.

Review Highlights - US Post Office

You'll find that outside of the lunch hour (aka recess for adults?), the location has short lines and decent service.

This place is so convenient, especially for returns from shopping online. Very hardworking staff. Where do I start? Well, how about I start with these bandits are a total rip-off. I contacted them…read moreto ship a guitar to Ohio. The quote that I received was high, but it still came in slightly lower than other quotes, so I went with Goodman. However, when I received the invoice it was nearly $300 more than the quote. As someone who ships guitars world-wide I can attest that $900 to ship a guitar from California to Ohio is OUTRAGEOUS!! But, since they had my guitar I was screwed and I had to pay it. Secondly, but just as important, I asked if they had experience shipping guitars. The response was, "we shipped one of Elvis Presley's guitars", which was more bragging than a confirmation. The reality is that they have no clue as to how to properly ship a guitar. I repeatedly requested them to be sure that the strings are loosened and that they add extra padding inside the case, especially around the headstock which can easily snap in transit when not properly prepped for shipping. They told me "no problem, we will do all of that". They did none of this! How this guitar arrived without a broken headstock is nothing short of remarkable. So, the bottom line is that these guys talk a good line to earn your business and then completely screw you over.
