I walk in right on a Thursday. Some dark skin fat lady said next and the person in front of me left the line, and so I walked up right and the lady that left the line said oh I didn't mean to leave the line so I let her back infront which is the right thing to do. And then the dark skin lady goes and says "she was infront of you by the way right?" like in the most weirdest attitude. then I proceed to go to her because it's my turn and she's over here telling me my package isn't there? It's at the other post office that's only open on Tuesdays-fridays at 12-2 pm, so I'm like wtf bc I literally had my package intercepted here. so I go Friday to the second post office close by and it's a nice lady who helps explain and tells me my package is back at the 413 Washington ave. so I literally got lied to and forced to go back to this bad post office l. I get there again and I told them I need to pick up a package please, give them my order number and show identification, and then she proceeds to be the most complicated woman ever. saying that I can't pick it up because it's not mine. for one it's under my friends name and I had ss of the order and I had my identification and order number. mind u I tried explaining it was my package but it's under my friends name. they don't care so I walked out and gave up. so now my friend goes on a Saturday to pick up the package under their name. they walk in no line, the first thing she sees is one of the lady's screaming at someone for using the wrong package when it come to shipping? so my friend is already startled from that screaming and she also has ADHD so it's a little overwhelming for her. it's her turn in line and she goes up and tries to pick it up. she shows id and for some reason they ask for a piece of mail to confirm it's you like what? but luckily she has that. and then the lady goes and tries to start something by saying "oh yea there was a guy who walked in here trying to pick it up but we didn't let him." like ok? no one asked i think my friend already knew. AND then she tries making it hard for my friend because she has 2 last names and on the package it's only one and so my friend is trying to explain that she only uses one and the lady is making a deal out of it but she decides to just hand the package over and yk what she says too. She's like "oh you know since you don't live in Belleville I can stop you from getting this package and you won't be able to ever get it." like wtf is ur problem bro like we come in with good manners and respect and u treat us like ur better than us?? literally don't give these people any business they don't deserve it. took a total of 3 days to pick up a package btw.
