No matter how you instruct businesses to send packages, using both a PO Box # and a street address, they can get it wrong. We don't have street delivery, so I always use both (not knowing if shipper is shipping USPS or UPS). I just found out a part (that I NEED) was delivered to Chelan, using only my street address. Instead of just looking at the business name on the package, they sent it back-to California. I'm not sure what takes more time for them; looking at the name or going thru the process of returning it? Now I'm out the part and have to reorder & my customer is without a car. I've heard many complaints about this in the area, just not sure about the process. Maybe I should sign up for street delivery? I'm right in town--oh wait, there is a lack of mail carriers......................

I know I know...drive another 22 miles after hitting a deer? Yeah, well it was my first accident since I started driving and I knew that I wouldn't be able to get roadside assistance so I wanted to get to a somewhat big city. I had been to the nearby Coulee Dam and Grand Coulee, which aren't big, but I could at least stay the night there. Anyway, about the post office, it's really small but generally cute for this small town. There is no APC, just old brick and mortar postal customer service and 24 hour post office access. One more post office to cross off my list. I'll never forget it.

Marianna and David are some of the nicest and the most helpful people I've ever met or spoken to. Marianna has on more than one occasion gone above and beyond to help me with mail issues. She is very sweet, friendly and smart. She also remembers the issue I constantly have with Mail and keeps an eye out so help ensure they don't get lost. She is really great! There was no indication on the box, placed with side up, that the items are perishable and needs to be refrigerated. I called and spoke with Diane, the owner, who was extremely rude. She indicated that the cherries left her facility in good condition. This is probably true, but when the package is placed in a bin without the recipient's ability to see it readily or the side up that indicates that it is a perishable item, then there is a likely risk that the item will spoil....which they did. If you want to order or give the gift of perishable edibles, please do not use this company. Please invest in companies willing to stand behind their service.
