Ryan (I think that was his name) was super patient, friendly, and professional the entire time. The store was busy and he was handling everything by himself, but he kept things moving. At one point a customer was clearly upset about a return and was getting pretty short with him, but he stayed calm, explained things politely, and didn't let it turn into an argument. He handled it way better than most people would. After seeing how he handled a few situations, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the negative reviews were just people being frustrated in the moment. But by doing so, you've spread the contaminate across the building and increased the spread of the contaminate to all other customers belongings and properties.......
