I use reading glasses and I was not able to see the tracking information on my phone and I asked him to assist and he did. Overall I appreciate their patience and it's not easy to deal with customers overall (speaking as a customer). We need this UPS store and I hope they keep up the good work. I work for an IT business and patience is always key, and at the end of the day, it's nice to know that I was useful in some way. As far as negative reviews, there's nothing I can say. As customers, we need to read our labels, make sure things that need to be packaged are packed, and hope for a smooth transition.

He never even makes eye contact. It was like having to do this was literally the worst part of his day. He informs me it's only insured for 100.00. I ask him how do I obtain more insurance. He sighs again like I'm annoying him and tells me it's 3.00 for every 100. I tell him how much I need he literally sucks his teeth and say well you need a box. I said to him that's why I asked you earlier. He actually tells me to relax! I said excuse me? Nice customer service. He tells me you have the attitude. This is for real. I have the attitude trying to pay to ship an item. Is my attitude asking questions. Worst store I have ever been in. Who is hiring people like this! I'm old and a teacher. I have loads of patience. This interaction was beyond ridiculous! If I were you I would drive however far you need to drive to avoid this store! No way any of this should be acceptable! Whoever owns this store should check the tape for receipts of this interaction. I honestly don't know how they stay open. I only added one star because you can't leave zero.

Gone are the days when employees seemed to know what they are selling, so don't have any questions. And, don't go in the middle of a time crunch because the wait is long for everything. But, as bad as service often is, I can't be mad at the employees. I've never walked in and it seemed like people weren't trying to work. Sometimes it seems like they are all trying to do multiple tasks. Extend grace.
