Very rude. Non helpful or accommodating, didn't offer good or quality service. I was met with attitude and sarcasm.

The old Indian woman at the front desk is a miserable, unprofessional human. She mocked me and said a loud exaggerated "duhhhh" to a coworker in front of me and my children. I immediately lodged a complaint. I had an appointment to have a passport agent help me, she was roadblocks from the start, even though there was information I was missing, it simply needed to be explained to me. Not a hard "no" and zero help. Left with photos and additional necessary forms, but only because I persisted and requested help from a different person. Some advice: be kind, you never know what someone is going through. Some additional advice: every exchange you have with someone is an opportunity to sprinkle around kindness. These workers went out of their way to find a package I left off there earlier in the day searching through the whole pile of packages. I was given the wrong address by the person who the package was going to, and had to change it. They found it for me and allowed me to change the address. read more

So horrible..I went in there today to ship 2 small items and two envelopes..I waited in long line and would not help me at all making my items right for shipment..I finally figured out myself and waited in line again and she was rude to me and rudely pointed were stuff was so i know were it is next time.....WOW and the last time i was there i forgot my readers and they wouldnt even help me write my info so i can ship my box..tthen finding out later the box got destroyed during shipping and items were lost:(..Use fed ex or ups to ship boxes I would avoid this place and use another source read more

If I could give the USPS a negative number, I would. I send an envelope Priority Mail 1-3 day delivery time. It still has not been delivered 7 business days after it was mailed at the post office window. Save your money and slap a $0.60 stamp on the envelope, if you MUST. Even worse, I bring my tax payment and mail it IN the post office. The envelope gets postmarked FOUR business days later, and I get a $60 late payment fee from the city. Don't bother calling the USPS, you will either get excuses (like COVID-19) or be on hold for 45 minutes. I was told that letters are no longer postmarked at the post office. They are postmarked at a central facility within 4 days after you stick it in the wall inside the post office. As for Priority Mail, your letter or package could be sitting in a trailer. It does not leave the "Network Distribution Center" until the trailer is full. AVOID THE USPS WHENEVER POSSIBLE. Overpriced and grossly unreliable. read more

The incompetence describes most of USPS as they are almost incapable of delivering a package, but the attitude of the counter people here went above and beyond the usual ridiculousness I have come to know from USPS. read more

Got the confirmation that my package got delivered to this post office but they somehow lost it. Went there twice and called 3 times to make sure they get on it to find it but nothing. Didn't even say sorry and they never called me back any of those 3 times like they said they would. Thank you very much for such a poor performance. read more

Our first time using this post office and it will be our last. We went here to apply for our passports- the lady assisting us took our ID's and I noticed when it was too late that she was recording my ID info on my husbands application. When I pointed it out , she didn't seem to know what to do and just stood there for a short time before disappearing in the back. Several minutes later she came back and started the process again. When that was done she called us in the back for our photos - which took a good 20 minutes when no one else was waiting. Finally an hour later we were done. Now 3 weeks later I receive a notice that our photos are not acceptable and we need to resubmit new ones! Not only will this cost us , it delays the process! Never again will we use this location. read more
