This location makes me think less of Fedex. They try to sneak extra charges on when you ship something, and one of the employees there is VERY NASTY. If you must ship something from here watch out for the extra charges, and dont upset the guy at the counter. I would not have been spoken to in that manner if I was a man. read more

I will admit that I 100% went into the store with a bitter taste in my mouth. Cheers to the mask for hiding my annoyed facial expression. I had been given the run around from another FedEx location after receiving specific instructions from the employee about what and how to place my order online. I was then called back and told they couldn't fulfill my order after it was placed. There wasn't one employee who knew how to transfer my order and basically told me to cancel it and do it over. What a joke. After much headache I was then transferred to this location and decided to go in person since a phone conversation at both locations weren't getting me far at all. If I could remember the woman's name who was working I'd surely post it. When I walked into the store I had no expectations of leaving with my order, but I did. She was able to give me a sample of what I requested and fulfill my order of 25 menus on the spot. Her customer service was great and I hope the rest of the FedEx teams uses her as an example of what customer service is. read more

We have reached out to many of them over the past decade in running our business. Many times we had some really bad results on the West Coast, and in the South. However, in the past 6 months FedEx Office in Orange, CT sets a standard of excellence that blows away my expectations every time. These guys go out of their way to get our work done right, and on time. With a pending deadline for a trade-show, they not only did what we asked, they made it better. Never in my life did I think I would be raving about a Kinko's (FedEx Office), however six months of proof makes it hard not to sing their praises. For printing in Milford, CT or its surroundings, these guys are the best price, best service, best quality, and best follow up. read more

So I needed to update my resume for a new job and wanted it to look good. So I stopped by here to see what they could do for me. The woman working her that night was super helpful took what I typed up changed fonts, letter sizes, spacing. We tried paper color thickness textures. She put in a lot of effort to make my resume look good! After about 10 try's I found a combo that worked for me. The best part they only charged me for the copy's I kept. Only complaint was parking. I go to the gym next door so I know what it's like trying to park in that plaza. They are open 24 hours a day 5 days a week if you need something shipped scanned or copied. read more

I would have given a lower mark, but sometimes you go and there is someone that waits on you is very useful and willing to help out. Then you get to deal with an employee that is way below average. I mean she gets the job done, but is not nice and not very helpful at all. I called there today. I wanted to track a package but misplaced all my paper work. She told me she couldn't help me at all I absolutely needed my receipt and the paperwork. I asked if I called the 1-800# could they help me. Emphatically she replied no. I called anyway. The Customer Service I got on the phone was a million times better. He looked and looked and then described how I can find the tracking number on my charge statement, if I had paid with a charge card. I did and was able to get the number. How come the worker at the local office didn't know that. Kudos to the customer service at the "main" office. He would have searched all the outgoing packages from the local office to find mine if he had to. Shame on the worker at the local Orange office. Three times I have had to conduct business with you and three times you were awful. read more

I've been using Fedex in Orange for making posters and sending packages. They have always been polite and efficient. But I finally have to comment. They went above and beyond when my son broke his backpack while thru hiking on the Appalachian trail. He was stuck until we got him another. I borrowed a pack from a friend, ran to fedex. Lucas at fedex went out of his way to help me pack it up. We made the 6pm deadline and my son had the pack and could hit the trail again in Pennsylvania by 1p the very next day. Less than 24 hours! I was told to pick up a package here after 7pm when I missed a delivery, but the Orange location representative flipped a fucking shit and told me "this isn't a holding center". I could not locate the package and it ended up having to be re-shipped, the original lost somewhere in the kerfuffle. Thanks guys. read more

Horrible, just simply horrible on almost every level. First I'll focus on the positive, I had no wait at all, it was nice, well for a brief moment anyway. I walked in smiling like normal, there were two employees behind the desk sitting separate possibly working. Neither acknowledged me, though both looked at me. I said hello and walked to the open desk. I started putting my textbooks on the desk for shipping, and one of the women walked up to another computer and said " I'll help you here." I thought to myself, well it came across a bit rude, but no worries, so I picked my five books up and walked to her. She asked would you like me to package those for you? I answered yes, thank you. She proceeded to package my books, returned to me and charged be about $10. I asked her why the charge and what is this for ( I had a printed shipping label when entering the store). She mentioned she told me that for an additional charge she'll package my books might add very rudely addressed too. Still smiling I mentioned that she did not tell me this, she insisted still very rudely that she had. To make a long story short, we began arguing. All, I wanted to do, was ship my books and be on my merry way, she continued to talk over me, and almost try to reprimand me as she clearly would have done before to customers as it was her go to approach. Quickly realizing that this was getting nowhere. I asked please direct me to the cheapest packaging so I can move along in my day, please and thank you. She just pointed and flicked her head at the packaging behind me and didn't use much language at all after this. When it came to the totals money amount, she pointed at the screen, not telling me the total or anything at all. Now being a success business owner, valuing customers not to mention first time customers in addition to being in an MBA program I casually enlighten this rude individual that the way she delt with me, being a first timer, was surely a plan for never returning to the store. She began to talk over me again and told me that I do not know what I'm talking about. I felt like degrading her, but even being 20 years or so her junior I decided to wish her a happy new year & have a great day as the mature adult should trying not to take it personal. One of the best FedEx centers in the region. The woman who runs (or staffs) the FedEx area is wonderful, always helpful, rarely makes a mistake, and believes customer service is important. We ship many packages and find them easy to use, easy parking/access, and we can get in and out fairly quickly. A very convenient place when you need office type stuff to be done. However, on a recent visit when I went to pick up a package that fedex central told me was there, they could not find my package. Two days and three phone calls later I learned that my package was there all along, just misplaced. Not sure how that happens. read more
