I call the UPS store to inquire about this to be told by the nice lady "oh yeah, that happens a lot". WHAT?! I call UPS directly, and they say there's nothing they can do about it except "taking it to the higher ups", but the outcome is the same - It'll be delivered on the next available day. What if it's the same driver, and they do the same thing? This is ridiculous. I've made my schedule clear for this delivery because it's a gift for a birthday, just for the driver to be the laziest person on earth for the day and not be held responsible. DO BETTER.

Al, the proprietor, not only tried to find me a plug with the appropriate attachment in the shop but also looked in back of the store. When that proved fruitless, he called three local businesses before locating one. I was grateful--the store also sells some neat little items including honey and chocolate, which I bought for the cat sitter. When I asked Al how else I could thank him, he replied, "Do something nice for someone." Wow. I'll do my durndest, Al!

I finally was able to catch this by having to measure recipient mail boxes where we ship packages to as well as measure the Fed Ex drop box opening . This was to prove they are remeasuring packages after they are received to up charge customers . I will never use Fed Ex again for shipping over night packages . Their business practices are very unethical and as a 27 year customer , I was treated like my business didn't matter . We have switched to now only using UPS .
