I cannot remember ever leaving a 5-star review for a post office, because I had a surprising interaction, I had to take time to leave a positive review. It's a small location with parking directly in front of the building. The office was extremely organized and was set up with greeting cards, mailing supplies, priority envelopes, etc. The employee also made sure she greeted everyone as they came in and she appeared to truly enjoy her job. Although she was the only one in the front, she did not appear to be overwhelmed or rush the interaction. She was also very helpful with my stamp purchase and shared a stamp that was not on display that I ended up purchasing. I was surprised to see the low rating that they had. You're going to wait at the DMV and the Post Office but if you receive a positive experience don't take it out on the employees, most of the time it's unprepared customers. read more

Only allowed three people in the lobby. Everyone else has to stand outside of the lobby. Small office here, but does the job. This is the at least the 4th time orders transferred from a vendor using UPS to USPS has failed to arrive. I have had art supplies sitting in Morrow GA for 3 weeks before the company had to shake tree to get the PO to find and deliver supplies. A check for $25K travelled around Florida before I had to retrieve it from my local PO. A week ago a product ordered from Tampa moved at snail's pace around Florida before arriving in Morrow, GA where it sat until someone found it and sent it on its way. Today products ordered from Levenger on Feb 17 sent UPS, was transferred to USPS in Morrow, GA where it remains to this day. There have been Congressional hearings about the service the USPS in Morrow, GA is failing to provide. It seems they have done nothing to change the disaster that this facility has created. Although we've used the Morrow post office since the '60s with few if any problems, that all changed in 2023. They've lost 25% of all the letters and bills I've mailed out there. So somethin's goin' on there. read more

This is probably the best post office in a 50 mile radius. The women who work here are extremely helpful. They are often busy but I believe it's because they are understaffed at this location which is no fault of the people who work here. I pass three other Post Offices just to come here when I need help. read more

Shitty post office. My package was supposed to be delivered at my door step a week ago on July 19th. When I went to my local post office they told me they didn't have it and it was held up from this location. It's a small package so there should be no reason I don't have it. The website says they do this a lot. I'm very pissed off because I can't get ahold of anyone on the phone. I have been trying for 3 days now. I need a response from someone telling me why my package has not left this facility. This post office location is my go-to during work hours. It's almost always crowded, since there is such a small parking lot that can only accommodate around 12 vehicles or so. The line to ship packages and their waiting area is usually quite uncomfortable, as you're sure to have a few folks cutting through the line to reach for those flat-rate boxes. I try to avoid going inside this particular post office because of its size, and I'll try to only visit this location to drop off small envelopes in the outside drop mailbox and continue down the road. On occasion, I'm inside the building to purchase stamps that I usually cannot find online. Word of caution: Don't come here during your lunch hour. My advice to those that don't enjoy crowded spaces with small lines: Go to the one down in Stockbridge (off Walter Way). It's much bigger! read more

This has to be the worst Post office in Georgia! The parking lot in insanely small, however that doesn't stop the crowd. In addition, the place is always crowded and I've never seen more than one person working the counter. Today a manager was called to help the woman at the counter and when she finished, the manager ignored the ridiculously long line and went to the back instead of helping customers. I understand that this is a federal job and they get paid regardless of their customer service, but it that does not mean that you treat us that way. If they were in line somewhere, they would have higher expectations. read more

OMG!!! The ladies at this location are the rudest I've ever experienced as far as customer service goes. I used to take bulk mailing there. They would always say, 'No. This is incorrect." I would ask if they could tell me what part of it was incorrect. They told me to take a class because they didn't know. Well, they must've known in order to tell me that it was wrong. I lived in Morrow, and there were times when I'd drive to the location in Forest Park, miles away, just so I would get better customer service even though this location is literally 30 seconds away from my home. read more
