When I left, I asked if there was anything else she needed from me after we figured it out, she lifted her arms at me with exasperation like she was scolding a child and all she said was "to not do that again". Customer service is the last thing she cares about. Apparently she is perfect and everyone else in the world is her problem. After today and numerous other cringe experiences with this woman, I'm switching my eBay store shipping to FedEx. Life is too short to be treated like trash by someone who is clearly so miserable she can't treat others with common decency or respect. I recommend avoiding this store like the plague.

Well today, I witnessed why. Most of the employees that were here delightful and try to be as helpful as possible. The first employee that I ran into was fine. The person I encountered for my transaction should've been written up for how she spoke to the person in front of me. How she spoke to me wasn't the best customer service either it was just Kurt and sort of rude in tone. I get that some customers can be difficult. But that does not give an employee the right to speak to any customer the way that she spoke to the three customers I witnessed her interact with. How to say didn't make me wanna come back

Went in for my husbands passport and my infants passport. Had an appointment and we were told they could take photos. We arrive and we were rudely told that they don't do infant photos even though the website said yes, and that they dont even have a camera...we were sent off to cvs to get photos. Whatever, fine, did that quick, came back....now the application isn't printed right and she turned us away and said she wishes she could help us today but she is slammed and she's by herself...meanwhile there are 2 other people working there and two people behind us. Really? I remember this employee too. During the last World Cup, she was pretty distracted in watching the game instead of helping me out with my passport last time. Guess things don't change.

The male took my application and right away noticed that I have written my driver license number in the section under the line which is for the signatures. I didn't sign anything just my driver license number which I am suppose to have there anyway. He could've verified and move on but he preferred to be entertained on my expense and kept "what do they say here, can you read..." bs like this. I am a person with impaired vision, blind without my glasses. Took me long time to fill this application the day before and one thing I do not understand, whose idea was to have the drivers license info in the same section where the signatures are. It makes zero sense to me. You enter all this other personal info including SSN in "normal sections", but somehow the driver license it in the section designated for the signatures. I told I don't see what he problem is you can compare and see the numbers are the same, then I will sign right in front of you. This was not satisfying to him. My wife tried to interfere and suggested filling another application but she was told to stay away "We got it". He preferred to continue the humiliation of the disabled person. No willingness to resolve the situation. Ernest, I hope some day you and your family are treated the same way you treated me and my family today.

This Post Office is tucked off to the side on Orange Road near 23, and I actually missed it the first time I went, expecting a much larger and imposing building. There is ample parking space and a turn-around, which makes it easy to deposit mail into 3 different mailboxes and for folks to exit while others enter. Despite being small, this Post Office is always busy and traffic entering and exiting the narrow driveway can get a bit dicey at times. Despite the compact size and entryway, the customer service at this location earns it top marks. I was actually taken aback by level of friendliness and courtesy by all workers at this location. I've never had a bad experience and although always quite busy, the line moves quickly. Surly government workers at other locations should visit and get a little inspiration and some best practices.

And what you do is give the video a privacy complaint and let youtube know he didn't have your premision to post your images or your voice. They will make him take the video down or take you of the video. But if your a worker of this post office also share this with others next door that's in the video. So they can also give him a privacy complaint. This way he won't make a penny off your images. And trust me it works. He have had lots of videos taken down from others in frauditors videos .
