Insanely slow service. They never have enough workers working. Don't waste your time here. Mailing something takes 45 minutes waiting.

They can sell a stamp like nobody's business but try asking about a lost package and they freeze up like a Yugo trying to get zoomies on the highway. I'm thinking the days of the telegraph are making a comeback on accounta prices keep going up up up but "Delivery Expectation" keep being adjusted from several days to One Stamp Delivers Most. I sent a Priority Mail package from New Jersey to Springfield, Vermont. It got tracked TO the Nashua Post Office but didn't get tracked LEAVING it -- instead, it arrived in MIAMI FLORIDA. Then Opa Locka FL. Last night it left Dallas TX. It's been more than a week. I assume it got thrown in the wrong bin (I mailed it at the counter of my post office, so the labeling was correct.) Perhaps you need more room between bins? More supervision of distribution? It's back in Nashua, 8 days later -- please send. to Springfield VT! read more

I live in Keene, NH approximately 1hr. from Nashua. Over and over and over again, the Nashua USPS proves it self to be slow, inefficient and error prone. This is one of the most incompetently run facilities in the US. read more

In updating this because I just got a notification that someone liked it. I ended up calling the number on the peach card to try to find out who it was from at least. You be woman I spoke with was very nice; HOWEVER, she said "all I can see if it's from Boston, my initials are on the document and since you have the USPS informed delivery (they email me pics of the mail in receiving that day. Totes convenient. You should sign up for it) there should be a picture. Maybe I can get the return address from that..... oh. It was considered a package so no dice for the pic....:". So all in all; it never got redelivered. I have no idea who it was from or what the hell I'd be receiving certified from Boston. They couldbtell me the sender so I can't even call them to ask then to resend. I'm still disappointed In them AND about my French fries. read more

With everything going on with USPS these days (cut backs, Covid, delays, etc), my package being no exception, except for the quick response from an email that I sent to USPS. This post office reassured me that my package dilemma (extreme delay from NY to NH), would be handled, and delivered with care, and concern. Soon after, my package was delivered, as promised! Four years back and forth have been a challenge changing the mail from P.O. Box to Florida transition this post office has highered people that don't do their job properly! This year crossed all the T' and dotted I's one month later still waiting for mail. The woman who is in charge of post office boxes said oops sorry don't know how I missed this! Seriously I worked hard to build my credit! To stay ahead of the game! For this kind of mistake to happen been calling for two weeks only to of been promised two weeks ago the mail was been mailed out! Nope nothing yet! Almost a month later to hear didn't know anything of it! Really that's funny when someone there promised to mail it almost two weeks ago! Packages meant for Christmas now lost! Tax dollars at there best! Don't forget we are a community the postal people work for us!
