The service at this location is the worst I've ever encountered. I walked in here wearing shorts over the summer and the attendant said "didn't your parents ever give you a coloring book as a kid?" Because of my tattoos. They are rude, snarky, offensive, and overall unhappy people. I'd happily recommend driving to the Spring Street USPS for better service. Also, unlike UPS, they don't tape your packages. The attendant printed my ticket then said I either have to buy tape or an envelope to mail my (boxed) items. I said I'll just go home and tape my box, and he paused and looked at my like I'm stupid. Why should I pay more money when I have tape at home??? Also why wouldn't he have told me this before he printed the label as I opened the box in front of him? read more

My post office is got a great bunch of staff. Always welcoming and helpful. Glad we have such great service and our government employees are wonderful. read more

The most awful branch in New England. Constantly messing up my orders. For instance, they've had one of my packages since 4am today and instead of sending it to the next place early they hold onto it so that it doesn't have to be delivered tomorrow. Unprofessional, lazy and can never do their jobs correctly. read more

The best and easiest post office around...I probably shouldn't tell anyone that so that lines start forming.

Bruce has got to be one of the rudest clerks I've ever dealt with. He said to me and I quote, "you really had to come in at 12:30 to send an international package." I actually came in before 1230 on a Saturday and was in line and on top of that other people came in after me. Being the nice guy I am, I joked with him that I have thick skin and he could vent. He goes in to say rudely, "well you look like you have pretty soft skin to me." He said it twice! I understand that it's near closing time but I'm a customer just like everyone else and my international package only took around 4 minutes for him to process if i timed it correctly. You don't talk to your customers like that. Other people also took longer so for him to bully me and be passive aggressive I can't believe this guy is allowed to work here. One of the worst people I've ever dealt with. I know good customer service when I see it and this was by far one of the worst. I will never step foot into this post office again. read more

Avoid this place! Don't ship items from here! I shipped a package from here. It hasn't arrived. It says was never even entered into the sorting facility. I called, Dave was a total jerk on the phone. I was told "what do you expect when you ship something ground"...I asked him if there was any chance it was laying around their facility with a damaged label. He refused to look or ask around. When I asked why it was not scanned at the sorting facility, he said that happens sometimes and I should just wait for it to arrive (already 5 days past longest expected delivery date). He said I should just wait....it might show up...ugh. I ship things all the time, and have NEVER had such a rotten experience with a post office! read more

It never made it to my address. I check everyday multiple times a day if I am expecting a package. if the USPS version of investigating is to email me all of the shit I can read on line. I don't know why its offered. I knew that this would be worse than useless but figured I would try. They lost a package. but stole my time with all the worthless emails back and fourth that served no purpose other than to give the appearance of customer service with no substance. there's a reason its competitors ups, fedex, and amazon are rich and growing companies while this gov run company is a net loss every year kept a float by tax dollars as well as what ever we may pay on top of it. my advice is to pay extra for a company that will actually deliver. Leave usps to doing the only thing they seem to be able to do reliably, delivering bills and coupons. I have issues every time I am forced to use usps. I think from now on if an online seller only offers this option it will be a deal breaker for me. read more

Horrible experience. I was at the counter for no more than 2 minutes asking a few questions about shipping options and the clerk with the salt-and-pepper shaved head (not the gentleman with the glasses who is always very nice) actually said "You're really taking up a lot of my time." How rude and unprofessional - I took my belongings, walked out the door and went to another Post Office location. And before I got to the counter and was waiting in line, he was clearly rattled by the fact that the line was a bit long (5 people) and said "Geez, doesn't anybody work on a Tuesday?" (rudely implying that people should be at a job and not at the Post Office on a Tuesday morning). And while bantering with a customer, he took the liberty to blurt out an "S"-bomb. Just a poor, unprofessional experience all around. Clearly customer service is the wrong profession for this guy. Too bad, because this had been such a great location. read more
