They have recently added another employee and Jennifer is very efficient and does a great job with a smile. I try to come in during the slower time periods (avoid lunch, 3PM, and 4:30-6:00PM) . Prices are reasonable and being able to handle UPS and USPS in one stop is a time saver.

I appreciate the fact that they are doing everything they can to make sure they limit the number of customers inside the store. They are also doing a very good job of making sure people stay socially distanced from each other and employees. They have clear markings on the floor and ask everyone to follow a set of guidelines when in this location. There was a line outside the door the second time I went. There is an employee at the door that is monitoring the number of people going inside. Everything went very well. Bottom line - During Covid-19, things ran very smoothly both times that I was there. I appreciate everything they did to keep things as safe as possible.

The problem was I asked for a next day delivery on a letter. It did not get to my destination until two days later, that's not what I paid for UPS corporate said that my letter never arrived to the transit center till 7:30 PM. I dropped it off at the store at 11:30 AM and nobody in the storefront would call me back or answer the phone to resolve this issue.

They packed it and I insured it for $3500. UPS dropped it in transit and crushed the motor head. Imtra declared it unfixiable. UPS declined my claim against the insurance because they said the packing was insufficient. Your Printing Now declined the claim because UPS dropped the package. What good is insurance? I didn't get a receipt and my package wasn't scanned correctly by them. 3 weeks went by and it never showed up to the destination and the tracking number was never activated because it never left their store. They looked through their documents but mysteriously was no tracking number for that day. Viewing their records my tracking number was the only 1 missing from that day. They still never found it and I lost $500 worth of valuables. It was a horrible experience. I wish I went to an actual shipping source store and not this access point. I lost irreplaceable valuables by shipping with this access point. My experience has been better going to an actual Shipping location, not an access point like this where you will be better insured in case something does happen. You are covered if damage or theft happens because other shipping sources like drugstores- Walgreens accept FEDEX drop offs and CVS accepts UPS drop and give text confirmation! The post office said my route doesn't have a regular mail person and that he wasn't aware of the person who was delivering my route if they had a real name. Rosie was then supposed to investigate my 5 missing packages (over the week span). I waited 2 weeks with no reply from her. I then went back to Rosie and she asked for another week to investigate. I was then informed to file claims - filed the claims and their automatic claim system automatically denies them and then states I need to file appeal. What a JOKE of a place!
