That was a year ago! She didn't think it was her fault for not giving notice of rental due (that is a duty of her position per the clerk in the Seabrook PO where I opened a new box that same day). The clerk was helping another customer when I spotted the applications, however, I figured to ask her which ones I needed and if they were free. I walked up and the friendly lady at the counter gave me the information I needed. I just wish renewing a passport was FREE, but it's not. She tells me I would need to make an appointment in order to get the passport renewed. I'm OK with that. Customer service was very nice!

Really convenient location defines the utility of this store. Right at a busy intersection (and…read moreacross the street from my work) make it perfect to stop by on the way to something else. The only drawback is that because of the busy intersection, it can be tough to get to if you're coming from another side. Parking is plentiful in a shared lot with several other stores and restaurants. The lot is hard to navigate in that cars seem to come from multiple directions so proceed toward the store closely and keep your head on a swivel. My limited visits they make it easy for drop off returns with all the supplies there you need. Ample floor space and clean. Staff seems nice, hardly said a word or two to them (again, usually just dropping off a pre-labeled item and they hand me a receipt). I'll continue to use this as my primary UPS drop off spot and for occasional supply shopping if needed.

Customer Service Matters…read more Went in today simply to have some paperwork printed and notarized. The gentleman inside printed my papers, but his attitude toward me was completely unnecessary. I was treated rudely and then, out of nowhere, he screamed at me, "DON'T COME BACK!" I wasn't disrespectful to him. I came in as a paying customer expecting basic courtesy and professionalism. If there was an issue, it could have been addressed respectfully instead of someone yelling at a customer. I have no problem taking my business elsewhere, but I do believe people should know how they are being treated when they spend their money somewhere. There is absolutely no reason to treat people that way. Customer service and common courtesy still matter.
