If you're looking for something that's run out just ask the front. Lines as you can imagine goes up and down based on the time. Morning, Noon and before 5 are the busiest. Parking is convenient. There's no place for you to even leave packages if you already have them ready to go and just need to drop them off, so you still have to wait in line. People started loudly booing -- something I've rarely seen. Even I, known for my patience, got seriously irritated for the first time in my life. It was beyond ridiculous. It was downright inhumane. The clerk simply couldn't understand what the customer was saying, no matter how many times it was repeated. Any other employee could have handled it in 30 seconds. After being forced to wait over 35 minutes, it was finally my turn -- only for the same clerk at Window 4 to suddenly announce, "I'm going on break," point toward the other line, grab her coffee, and walk away. Excuse me? A break? You haven't actually done any real work yet -- you've just spent the entire time making mistakes! Was that supposed to be breakfast?
