    My barrels arrived in Barbados in March 2026 and were ready for collection on the 25th of March…read more2026. Today is the 1st of June 2026 and i still havent received my barrels because Blue Star Shipping 8520 Foster Avenue Brooklyn New York hasnt paid the fees for the shipment. From the 25th of March to the 20th of April ( the 20th of April being the day i called to enquire again) the storage fees were $165.00, so you can imagine how much it is now. The two barrels were paid for to be shipped to Barbados. Whenever contact is made with him or his employees its always one excuse after another....go on Friday, im out of the office and i'll call you when i get in, he's outside call back in 20 minutes, if they charge you fees i'll handle it and the next shipment is on me. Those are some of the excuses. Which next shipment ??? To be experienicing this and still go back and do business with you would be crazy. I took my hard earned money and bought the items for those barrels then to be faced with this. Now when i call the number no one answers and sometimes there's a busytone. What you did and are doing is so wrong on all levels. You won't like what you have done and are doing to us be done to you. You were paid yet you havent paid the fees for people blasted items to be release. You are VERRRYY dishonest and with no integrity either. If only those of us who havent received their items because of dishonest you, had seen these reviews before giving you our business, i believe most of us would have taken our business elsewhere. If you know within yourself that you couldnt afford to pay the shipping fees when the shipments arrived at their respective destinations you shouldnt have sent them or even took them and the payments from the people who paid and relied on you to do said service. Zero should have been a rating also because that's exactly the rating they deserve for this pulling this damn nonsense. SEE THIS BUSINESS PLACE AND DONT SEE IT

Mind you, I was Working From Home Thank Goodness, the store issued a refund.. Fast forward to 2022... Ordering & deliveries are a lil' better with LaserShip... However, I wonder why their drivers aren't ringing doorbells??!!!! I hope they don't think CV19 is transmitted by a bell Because my mail carrier rings the bell... Along with the FedEx & UPS delivery person... Shoot, even DoorDash Dashers announce their presence! So, on that, LaserShip, advise your employees ring the bell, opposed to dropping off packages, and leaving!

    I'm not someone who usually writes reviews, but this is one service to avoid at all costs…read more Unfortunately, I have had had deliveries routinely subcontracted to LaserShip, and every. single. one. has had an issue. I live in a building with a standard NYC intercom system: you ring the bell, I buzz you in. That's it. Not complicated. Yet somehow, on multiple occasions, the driver will buzz, fail to open the door, shrug it off, and mark the delivery as attempted. The next day? Same exact routine- forcing me to either wait again or go track down my own package. As I'm writing this, I'm waiting on a food delivery that should've arrived hours ago. I'm not optimistic- according to tracking, it hasn't even left a facility in another state, and the last update was over 24 hours ago. The only silver lining is that it's currently single digits outside, so if my box of raw protein is sitting in the back of a truck for God knows how long, it might still be salvageable. Truly unreal how this company remains in business.
