They did not offer another service on their end, I had to keep telling them I needed to have the vehicle removed from the dealership by a specific timeframe. Once the other company picked up, a few days went by and I called to get an ETA because they said I would be able to check on my shipment. They gave me the run around and said they had no way og knowing. After calling and being transferred around 6-7 times, I finally got a representative that was able to assist me and put me on contact with the driver. I would not recommend that you use this company at all. It's not worth the stress and they never offered any sort of compensation for my troubles. Stay away from this company. Nonetheless, the delivery driver delivered my vehicle after dark. I was also told that the vehicle should not be delivered after dark. I'm glad everything turned out to be OK in the end. But save yourself a headache. It's not worth the money.

The most egregious was a $1600 refrigerated display case that they put a ridiculously undersized compressor in. I lost $100's of $ of product because it kept failing. After my refrigeration guy called them and basically told them he could not understand why anyone would put such a small unit in when it clearly said what size was needed, Ann Gillette personally agreed to pay for the correct size compressor and labor to put it in. They took back the wrong compressor and never paid for the new one - and did not refund a penny to me! The last time I called they had the nerve to yell at me that I held up their driver when he came to pick up (steal) the compressor. I threatened to take them to court, but in the end it was not worth my time. I am not a small customer, I bought thousands of dollars in equipment from them. Never again. They have no ethics.

NES Movers were some of the best (tied with Excalibur Moving Company in LA for best movers ever). They arrived early and I swear, NEVER stopped moving. It was like the Hulk had four children and then those children drank double-shot espressos. The owner, Nick, was efficient, nice and hyper. I had gone to Woodstar and bought a to-go box of coffee for everyone, but they didn't touch it. Probably didn't have time between running. They treated everything with care and wrapped extensively with blankets and plastic. Even after a 3,500 mile trip in a moving van that I'm pretty sure doesn't have shocks at all, nothing was broken. They did an excellent and professional job jigsawing everything correctly into the truck and belted it with straps (we purchased straps from them). We were in a midst of an incredibly stressful cross-country move (to say the least), and they were one of the best purchases we made.
