Yeah, well it was my first accident since I started driving and I knew that I wouldn't be able to get roadside assistance so I wanted to get to a somewhat big city. I had been to the nearby Coulee Dam and Grand Coulee, which aren't big, but I could at least stay the night there. Anyway, about the post office, it's really small but generally cute for this small town. There is no APC, just old brick and mortar postal customer service and 24 hour post office access. One more post office to cross off my list. I'll never forget it.

I have my personal box here, my business box here and have worked in community organizations where I had access to up to 3 additional boxes here. In addition, I have sent and received lots and lots of parcels through this office. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, they remember who I am, and keep an eye out for my mail when it gets routed incorrectly. They also really know their stuff. One Christmas I mailed out over 400 cards and had somehow put the wrong postage on ALL of them, the post office called me to let me know, they pulled them all out of the out going mail and allowed me to stamp them correctly so they could go out without being cancelled and returned for insufficient postage. Thank Heaven for this small town post office with small town friendly folks there.

Service on my visit was highly competent and friendly. Finding the entrance was tricky because there wasn't any outside signage that I'm aware of. You can go through the revolving door on the SW corner of the building then take the first right as you step inside. Or, go in the east entrance through a courtyard wedged between this building and the federal courthouse. Really cool area. Stunning early morning light.
