Never get mail on time or packages are falsely attempted to deliver. Mail man won't take package to your door. The mail I do get is the wrong mail from previous renter or random mail with names that don't match what's labeled in the mail box. Packages have been left outside of a locked office building recently. Mail blows in the wind that's overflowing from return mail. Can I give a zero? I've been waiting at least 5 weeks to get a key. Was told it would take 2 weeks. And they would call me. Went in again today Thursday to get a key after being told that the supervisor would make sure I had my key made on Wednesday. Her name was Sheree I think' it started with a S. Again the key is not made. And what can you do? I live 25 minutes away. So sick of this. read more

I have never wanted to relocate so that I could have a different post office so bad. My husband and I have had nothing but bad experiences with this office. Moved from out of state and it took 3 weeks to get keys for our mailbox. They lost our key request and we had to put in another one. Was told we gave an incorrect address when we were forced to put down our clubhouse address rather than our physical address. They lost all of our forwarded and incoming mail for another 2 weeks. That's 5 weeks without mail. How is that acceptable?? Come to find out they never lost our mail, it had been sitting in the back and they assumed it was the previous resident's because the top piece of mail was theirs. Then just this last week we found out our lock got changed. No warning, no keys, nothing. We went to the post office and spoke with a manager. He had zero answers and said his courier had just been changing random locks. Um. Unacceptable. He then was barely even whispering and made his employee talk to us and was unapologetic. Terrible service. I've went in twice to obtain my tracking number that I misplaced and they Didn't know how to give that to me. I went there on Monday, told me they couldn't get that for me and the person who could will be working on Thursday. Went back Thursday and they said now she wont be in till Friday. Absolutely terrible service and experience. I went to another Post Office and the guy who helped me knew How to get that information but couldn't because I sent it out from the Pacific Ave location in Ogden, UT. Very incompetent people that don't know how to do their job. Will never go back to this location. It's been very frustrating dealing with them because I live 15 miles away. Michelle your letter being ripped had nothing to do with your local post office. Mail is first sorted in the city it is sent FROM, then again in Salt Lake, on machines that handle LETTERS. The problem here is the person that SENT you that letter used the wrong packaging; it should not have been shipped in that envelope so that it would be processed with letters, if an item is bulging out of an envelope it needs to be sent as a package, and not as a letter. Reviews like yours hurt local businesses when you dont know how a company operates. You should be giving 1-star to the person who sent you your card, not the people who tried to deliver it to you even though it was shipped wrong. There are two hidden "not recommended" reviews for this business, you have to click on the link to understand why I wrote this: so... Nothing in Utah works the way the rest of the country does. All of their employees are on different pages and no one seems to know what is going on. My mailbox was broken into over, and over and over and over and over and over and over again. Can you imagine the BS I had to go through to get it taken care of???? Your a postal worker NOT A BRAIN SURGEON, FIGURE IT OUT. I realize that Utah is seriously lacking educated people and that is just to bad. Utah is a bubble state....most of these people have never even seen the ocean, which is pathetic. INFORM YOUR EMPLOYEES SO EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE. I have had it with the lack of common sense and basic intelligence happening here. How do any of you have employment???? This would NEVER fly anywhere but this Mormon blow hole state.
