writing less than positive reviews is never fun…read more i had a package rerouted to this post office after i realized the original shipping address was incorrect. i went in today to pick it up after getting notified it was ready. they were slammed which is understandable and i'll never dock a place for being busy. the customer service i received was honestly, terrible. the lady helping me was very rude and it just kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. if i have to visit a USPS location in the future, i will probably choose a different location. i sincerely hope the USPS gets the support they deserve and i know COVID gas been hard on them, but a little kindness goes a long way! happy holidays yelpers!

I give big props to the African American women and the white man who work in the passport center…read morethey are very knowledgeable and you can tell they can do their jobs in their sleep but because they have been doing it for a while they are very rude and don't let you speak they cut you off or speak to you like you should know about these things. I know I have not been the only person that experience this treatment, it's 90. % percent of their customers. These both individuals really need to practice on what is to provide great customer service and to be respectful and learn to listen( proper communication/ etiquette). I'm also positive that these individuals don't get consequences from either the manager or district manager because they continue to get away with their hostile behavior that creates a hostile environment for their costumers and people still have to go their because they do not have a choice.

Honestly, I am submitting this on behalf of the lady in front of me. The worker helping her was SO sweet and friendly and professional. Then comes out another employee, scowl on her face, comes to the front, frowns harder, walks away, comes back, tells the lady they can't process more than 12 boxes at a time, especially around lunchtime. When it was pointed out that it was 3pm, she said well this is our lunch time. The lady had to ask if they could process the rest since there was only 2 left, and the employee paused and sighed and said yes. It kind of felt like a made up policy... it was kind of hilarious since it wasn't happening to me.

Regularly I get other people's mail in my box, which makes me wonder how much of mine I never get because it went into someone else's box. I have had packages that they sat on for a month because they never put a notice in my box to alert me that I hadone behind the counter and have had packages that tracking shows they were delivered but owner could never find and all he would do is shrug his shoulders and say "I don't know." Never an apology or anything. Have always paid for 6 months at a time for box rental and suddenly this last time with no warning it was increased to a full year. Now mind you today is 03/11 and yesterday I spoke to someone from some distribution center here in Omaha. But when I clearly brought that to the ladies attention she either A was ignoring what I was saying or she wanted to tell her other story that it was still on Illinois. Ok how can it show departing Illinois and arriving in Omaha. Packages can't be scanned until it gets to each destination. It wants to talk about significant weather alert. Now mind you this weather that happened around here happened 3/4 and 3/5 for part of the day. So they really need to get it together and find my package. Daniel Willis the driver, delivered the package around the fallen tree all the way down our driveway with a dolly to our front porch!!!! He could have just left it at the top of driveway.
