I don't think reading is a requirement. the worst post office I have ever had. They at one time lost 95% of my packages. I have even seen letters scattered down tge riad with a mail been. They leave my mail box open and when it rains may letters are soaked. Yes this bad.

The postal worker working today was pretty nice too. It's worth noting this post office closes from 12 noon to 1pm for lunch hour.
