Never knew this post office existed until recently. Parking is in the back, but you need to drive through an alley to get there (which is fine). Was in and out within 2 minutes. There was only one employee at the front counter and she was very nice.

Back Parking lot for US post office - have to access thru an alley but there's not much parking other than the street

No lines quick easy service - parking is a little bit of a challenge. Back parking lot unless lucky to find street parking

You have signs that say "Mask or face coverings are required inside our lobby" yet when I calmly pointed out to a clerk that a customer refused to put one on after I asked politely, she said that nothing can be done. If something is "required," as it should be with a surging covid omicron, you should at the very least ask the unmasked to comply and then not serve them if they don't. The customer was rude to me saying "take care of yourself!" yet the clerk was more friendly to the selfish customer, perhaps to appease the bully? - while I and everyone else in line - maybe 20+ people - were being respectful to each other by wearing their masks indoors. Something is certainly wrong here! Follow what you post. Guidelines from the state are there to protect all. Yet you allowed the selfishness of one person be allowed at the expense of everyone who was being compliant. To the man who thinks I should "take care of myself"... I did! And I take care of others by respectfully wearing a mask during an outbreak. But you, sir, are simply selfish. (And it certainly didn't help that you were watching something out loud, forcing everyone to listen to your show while you laughed and spewed your potentially harmful germs for others to endure.)

This mail carrier physically and verbally assaults customers when they inquire about the ongoing mail problems.

The mail carriers at this post office are outright Rude, inept and abusive mail delivery carriers at this station. Today on 12/14/2022 at 11:01 AM this USPS worker/carrier pictured below both physically and verbally assaulted me after I inquired her about the ongoing problems with the mail not being delivered. Today on 12/14/2022 at 11:01 AM This mail carrier displayed a very nasty, degrading and outright dehumanizing behavior towards me, the customer. I have already spent over $32 trying to get a letter delivered to my neighbor. I have tried to mail it multiple times, and each time this mail carrier flops. She does not deliver our mail properly in this apartment complex. There is a history of ongoing and long-standing problems with our mail not being getting delivered. I have spent a total of $32 attempting to deliver a letter via registered, tracked, signature confirmation to my neighbor, who lives in the apartment unit directly across from me. I have attempted to mail the same exact letter multiple times, due the neighbor never getting the letter and I never getting any return receipts. So today at 10:57 AM, So I finally see this mail carrier deliver the mail only at the mail boxes. She never goes to my neighbor to knock on their to deliver this signature confirmation letter I paid money for, nor does she knock on my door. But she falsely scans it as "Delivered: Left with Individual", which is an outright lie! (I know this because I had these letters on text notifications and I received a notification literally 30 seconds after I see her pass our units with that "Delivered: Left with Individual" notification. No one came to my door to knock and no one knocked on the recipient's door. I go to the apartment mail boxes and see the letter. I take it and track down this mail carrier several feet away. I ask her about the inaccuracy and the constant, ongoing problems with our mail not getting delivered properly. I ask why every time I try to send a letter with signature confirmation to my neighbor that she does not deliver it and I never get any receipts back, which is what I paid for. She grabs the letter from me and refuses to give me the letter back. I ask her what her name is and she refuses to identify herself. I try to turn on my camera to document this mail carrier and while I'm trying to turn on the camera, this mail carrier physically pushes me screaming that she doesn't want to be filmed. I informed her that I will be contacting the US Postal Inspector General and she arrogantly told me to "go ahead!". She is quite comfortable in her cockiness, as if she is certain no one will hold her accountable for her atrocious behavior. (Some of these mail carriers are straight ghetto in handling things and doing their job that they get paid for.) She has zero customer service skills. The mail carriers at this station outright lie to your face and register false tracking information. In addition, this mail carrier also curses and calls me degrading names like "weirdo", essentially both physically and verbally assaulting me. I wanted to speak to the station manager first before putting this incident out in public on social media, but I cannot get through to any live person. Oh well, guess it's going to be public. So I am documenting this on Yelp and I've filed with the USPS Inspector General. These people need better home training, let alone customer service training. A dog knows how to act and behave better than these mail carriers.

Pamela, your worker Anush(Armenian) allows Armenian people to cut in front of the line and send out urgent mail when there are 20 other people in line waiting to do the same. I am Armenian myself and understood their conversation and would like to address several things to you in regards to the poor customer services skills and attitude portrayed by Anush. When it came to my turn I had to fill out my paperwork in the lobby when 5 minutes ago she allowed her friend or family member to fill out the same form right in front of her. I wasn't born yesterday Anush. You're a sneaky person that needs to be replaced. Allow me to depict the scene for you....there's 20 of us in life, a lady comes in while Anush is assisting another customer stating the following in Armenian: "I need to send this out urgently it's important." Anush begins to assist her on the side but when she hears me say I'm sorry we all have mail that needs to go out. Probably not assuming I'm Armenian, she tells the girl, the girl back there is talking about us, I can't do it right now. Ohhhh, If I didn't say excuse me....you were going to allow her to cut? For what reason? Maybe because she's the same race as you???? Anyway, Anush proceeds to put me on blast that she's not doing anything for her but clearly the lady stood there and sent out certified mail. But the audacity you have to yell at me from your counter when I tell you that I understood your conversation. Based on the reviews below it seems as though this postal service just hires racists folks. So sad. Attached is my receipt for proof that I was there but I dared not to send mail out with this WITCH (she legit looks like one) as she would have trashed my mail. I'm honestly so disgusted. The new bitter Betty on the block is Anush. (Read all reviews to understand comment) IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR LIFE STAY HOME!!! Someone more deserving can take your place and provide better customer service.

I am an exhibiting professional artist, and my recent experience with Box & Ship in Pasadena was…read moreabsolutely unacceptable. I contracted Box & Ship to handle the packing and return shipment of my original oil painting and custom frame from the 2025 California Art Club Gold Medal Exhibition. Their responsibility was simple: pack my artwork properly, with all of my original packing material, that I clearly had instructions to save, so it would arrive safely. Instead, their negligence, of not saving my original packing material and their poor repackaging, caused damage to my frame, and their customer service afterward towards me was dismissive and unprofessional. Here are the facts: Improperly sealed box: When I received my painting via FedEx on September 10, 2025, one end of the box was barely taped shut and nearly open. Only two pieces of tape barely holding one end of the box closed. My original packing material was mostly missing inside: There was very little packing material holding the painting and frame in the box. The artwork could shift around freely during shipping. Missing original packing: When I shipped my painting to the exhibition in July, I personally packed it with bubble wrap and peanuts so it was tight and secure....it could not move at all. It arrived to the California Art Club Gold Medal Exhibition undamaged and safe. However, after waiting 3-4 weeks to have my painting shipped back to me and Box & Ship finally got around to send it back, most of my original packing material was missing, leaving the piece vulnerable. Resulting damage: Because of their careless packing, the inner wood liner of my custom, hand-finished frame sustained a full break. I hand-finished this frame myself to match the painting, and repairing it will cost $200 in labor and materials. I have extensive photographic documentation showing the poor packing job and the resulting damage. When I contacted Box & Ship to request reimbursement, their response was dismissive. Instead of taking accountability, they told me: "The California Art Club insures the Gold Medal. Not Box & Ship. Please contact Eire and take it up with them." This reply is unacceptable. Not only does it deflect accountability for their poor packing practices, but it also demonstrates a complete disregard for the artists whose work they are entrusted to protect. Whether or not the California Art Club maintains insurance on artworks exhibited, the fact remains that Box & Ship themselves caused the damage through careless handling. As an artist, this experience has been infuriating. I will never trust Eric and Box & Ship again, nor use their poor shipping services. Their negligence not only damaged my frame, but their dismissive attitude shows they do not value their customers or the responsibility of safeguarding important artworks. I strongly urge the California Art Club to reconsider its relationship with Box & Ship. By continuing to use this company, they risk not only their reputation, but damaging more artists' works and undermining their commitment to protecting the contributions of their artist members, which make all their exhibitions possible. For fellow artists: think twice before entrusting your artwork to Box & Ship in Pasadena, California. Based on my bad experience, they are very slow to ship artwork, apparently have too much work for them to handle in a respectable time frame, careless in their packing and refuse to take responsibility when their negligence causes damage.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE FRANCHISE OWNER NEVINE AND ABOUT HER ONLY. My experience with the other…read moreemployees here has been great and they have been very kind to me. Never in my life did I think I would ever write a review for a UPS store, but after my experience at this specific location it compelled me to write one. Mind you I rarely write bad reviews and I have a lot of patience, but the owner (Nevine) of this location was extremely rude to me when I was trying to speak to her about picking up a package. I missed my original delivery date for my package because it needed a signature and they proceeded to send my package for pick up at this location. I went to pick it up today, but my issue is my ID doesn't match the address and name on my package because of multiple different reasons. I had proof of the purchase, proof of the actual email from UPS with tracking, and multiple credit cards that showed the matching name - she still refused to hand my package over to me which I understand policies, but she wasn't offering me any solution to fix this issue except to call UPS or else she was going to ship the package back to the sender. While trying to explain to her my situation I was getting frustrated because her tone was very condescending, she kept raising her voice at me, and she kept cutting me off while she was repeating the same thing constantly. She also was telling me to have it shipped to my house - which I originally did, but unfortunately missed it - and then when I asked her if I would be able to pay for her to have it redelivered she said no. How is that not possible, but you're telling me to ship it to my house? I understand her trying to protect the package due to fraud nowadays, but on the official UPS page it states that if your last name and address don't match on your ID, you can show the UPS tracking alongside your identification regardless if it matches or not and you should be able to retrieve your package. This is from the OFFICIAL UPS WEBSITE and she continued to say "this is what they're telling me to do" and kept refusing to give me my package. Mind you these instructions that I found to follow are also on a link on the email from my tracking from UPS. She didn't even bother reading what I was showing her and continued to just keep raising her voice at me. She kept repeating herself that I need to show matching identification because there is "so much fraud nowadays" and "anybody can have an email" when I was trying to show her my proof. Which made no sense to me because shortly after she had a family member come in to handle what looked like paperwork to be shipped out and her family member who is not an employee was behind the counter. So you're telling me there's a lot of fraud nowadays, but it's okay for you to have someone who isn't an employee behind the counter? Make it make sense. On top of that - I know she was talking bad about me to her family member because when I left to try to contact UPS on the phone she said something to her family member when I walked away, and when I walked back in to speak to her again she said something again and then continued to give me a fake smile afterwards while saying something under her breath. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional. As much as she was clearly frustrated - so was I. Moving forward I'm going to call corporate as well to file a complaint because her customer service was ridiculous and I will avoid this UPS location by all means. I ended up resolving my issue with customer service, and completely understand the issue with my ID not matching, but my issue here was how she spoke to me and handled the situation in such a degrading way. Also, if you look at other bad reviews basically stating the same issues I had with her being rude and condescending - you can see the owner herself, Nevine, has replied back to multiple reviews still arguing. Says a lot about her character and it's unfortunate she's the owner of this franchise.
